I am backing the review by Dale Moss. This just happened to me that I discovered today 04/09/2026. They were charging my CC $82.10/month for the club that I never approved. The club should be upfront with the costs to join and not be hidden. I also checked my emails and could not find any from Nation.
Ending on a good note: I did call Nation and a supervisor called me back and will refund me my charges.

Scammers!

Whatever the quality of their products, this is a scammy organization. I was careful to order only 3 bottles of Lymph MD and careful to make my way through their labyrinthine post-purchase screens, where they relentlessly try to upsell you.
The upselling continued: I received multiple calls after placing my order; worse, I noticed unauthorized charges appearing on my CC, such as for joining their "Vitality Club," which I never joined but which I take to be an auto-renewal (and billing!) service. This continued for months after my order arrived.
I'd give them a zero if there were that option and will never deal with them again.

Simply not charge me for something I…

Simply not charge me for something I didn't want. Refund money that was charged to my account without my authorization. Answer the phone and be truthful instead of lying. Act in an honorable manner. I could go on but you get the idea that this company is dishonest.

Inconsistent pricing practices: Intentional?

The website quoted me a price for "one" bottle at $42.00 today (special offer) on March 13, 2026. But, when I called, the respondent tried very hard not to sell my "one" bottle but six. She also said that "one bottle" costs $69.00. So either she is confused, the website today is in error, or the advertising is intentionally confusing, inconsistent or what I would call fraudulent. I am not saying the product is fraudulent, but the pricing inconsistences and inconsistent messaging is definitely not just an operational problem but an intentional operational practice to convince the customer to buy as many bottles as possible.

Attempts to extract money from my account

Today I received a notification of an order I did not make. They simply used my card without my permission and no order. My bank refused payment, now these crooks have caused my card to be blocked. I need them to withdraw immediately. It is shocking how they can pull these tricks.

If I could give this company minus…

If I could give this company minus stars I would. My husband ordered the liver renew and then got a call from someone asking about other health issues. My husband told them he was all set and only wanted the liver renew.
The product came and then another charge showed up on our charge card. He called the company to try and correct the problem but not one person has called him back to fix the problem. We then reported this to our credit card company. They stopped the charge and 2 days later another charge for the same amount came up on his card. We had to report fraud and get another credit card to fix this problem with this scamming company.

IF YOU 'RE FROM ENGLAND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered some capsules for my husband whohas problems with swollen legs. What the shipping notice doesn't tell you is that there will be duty charge when the order gets to England which in my case was £67. Also there was no mention of having to get the product checked by a physician before taking. It is in very small letters on the bottle. In our case because of the medication my husband is on , it is not recommended that he take them. I started a return process, bearing in mind the medication had cost me £177 and custom duty £67 , the cost of returning the product came to£29. A sum of £106 just on postage and return with no help from the company. If when advertising these things were made clear to the customer I for 1 would not have entered into the transaction. Also you are signed up to a monthly subscription before you even receive the product which I had to cancel after they had taken a months subscription from my account which was refunded.

It looks it is their common practice. The product they sell is good but due to their unacceptable policy of charging credit cards even after canceling subscription I give 1 star. Not recommend.

I want to buy Bone Complex rather than take meds.

I like the product cleanse 24. I was listening to a product about bone health the other day so I am going to purchase that next payday. I was told that my Bone Density was going down so I decided that I would get the bone vitamins as it sounded good and then I will get my doctor to check my BD again as I do not want to take a medication.

I ordered a 3 month supply of Cleanse…

I ordered a 3 month supply of Cleanse 24 due to ongoing digestive problems. Consumed the 3 month supply with no discernible results. I will accept the blame for thinking this stuff would actually work but the real problem occurred when this company took it upon themselves to renew my so called subscription to the tune of &131.68. I never agreed to subscription to this product since at the time I first ordered the original content I hadn’t even tried the stuff to see if it worked. Needless to say I didn’t notice any relief to the problems I was having. All that Cleanse 24 did was cleaned &131.68 from my wallet. It did nothing for me and I definitely would not recommend it unless you see worms crawling around in your stool and in that case I would seek out a urologist.

I tried the lymph md and it worked to stop the edema in my legs, and I feel better overall. I am happy with the results. But stop sending me more bottles when I haven't finished the first bottle. There was no address to return the bottle I got today or way to know where to return it. I am low income so I can't afford to keep paying for something I didn't reorder. MIC

Great product to help with lymphatic system

I had ordered Lymph MD because I had a horrendous rash on my lower leg and a lot of swelling and discoloration in my feet. This product has really helped. The swelling has been greatly reduced and color is almost normal. The rash has also improved. I called today to make sure I didn't have a subscription and customer service was polite and checked on my status. I don't have a subscription but will be able order when I need more capsules. I really like the product.

I got edema

I got edema, my feet swollen, I searched Google.com, found Symph MD medicine, I took 3 times 1 capsule each. This medicine can help swollen, but I got 2 times I bit my tongue at the middle right, and 1 time at the top of my tongue, it hurt when I had been sleeping. MFG 08/05/2025 EXP 08/04/2027

Truth in Liver Renew
The information about the product does as advertised. My skin is clearer, palpable liver area is no longer tender.
Without a ct scan I can not observe if the liver has been affected. The wellbeing I feel is real.

HAIR SWITCH really works

HAIR SWITCH really works, just like they said it would. The first thing I noticed was that my hair stopped falling out. That alone was like a exciting , but to see new hair growing was a miracle for me. I started taking it in late May and by July started seeing results. Love it!

I think it’s worth giving Nation Health a go

The plant ingredients are pretty good for your body and health because they do what they said they would do I tried lymph MD and the liquid in my legs has actually subsided and my legs are nearly back to normal how they were once not as heavy and full of fluid
