Silvia did a good job of cleaning my home. She did not manage to finish everything in 2 hours, but I am hopeful that she will be able to do this soon as she becomes accustomed to my house with her weekly cleaning.
What truly stands out is the level of detail. I have a shelf filled with delicate trinkets and hand-painted miniatures, and every single one was dusted and placed back perfectly. It shows how much pride they take in their work. I highly recommend their services.
I am happy with the service. She was polite and hard-working, doing her best. I had other cleaners a bit cheaper but they did not work out well.
Shirley is an exceptional cleaner for my company. She always goes the extra mile with everything she does for us and communicates clearly as she speaks English in contrast to some cleaners from other companies! Following our recent phone conversation, I would like to inform you that the present cleaners we have are pretty good. They are prompt, obliging and pay attention to detail. They are sometimes a bit tired on a Friday afternoon after a long week doing physical tasks, but they normally do a very good job.

Worked for Darren for 9 months
Always had good audits every month for the work I did for him in Leicester I was contracted to New Medica eye hospital
I have never seen any contract from day one
He won’t share any calculations of final payment (which iv never received)
Never been any email about my redundancy , nothing
The whole business is just a joke.
I was made redundant two weeks ago. And now he point blank refuses to pay what I’m owed which is well over 500 pound. I’m a single mum with bills to pay and he just doesn’t give a toss

Do not work for this place bully and threatening behaviour towards women and doesn't pay you for work you've done and for his miscommunication I am still owed £48 I also recorded him yelling and calling me and my husband names on our last conversation as the previous ones he's yelled and bullied me so it was the best idea wish I'd done it previously , he is a controlling Man and he's also recently been to court over non payment of another staff member. The most shocking company to work for don't waste your money he promises high standard then tell the colleague to just do the basics as Thier expectations too high, he put me at risk by making me do the clinical waste without the correct equipment which I now know is wrong as a professional informed me I hadn't had the correct injections to do so or the correct hazard wear. Protect your women don't use this company . Due to his miscommunication I had worked mon-fri and on the Saturday he rang me when I was at a children party screaming to get to work which I'd never worked a Saturday I was only contracted 5 days and he bullied me to work 6 and didn't pay me for it . I still turned up and worked a 4 hour shift for him which on my final payments he refused to pay me for so he still owes me £48 and when I asked him for it he started hurling abuse which I recorded on my phone due to past communications with them I believed this was the best thing to do . Protect your women and don't work for this company . His behaviour forced me to leave a perfectly good job due to no fault of the clients. I worked my one weeks notice and left . Reading everyone else's comments will help you make your own decision. He's keeping money from staff who are woman and mothers regularly. Should be ashamed .
Don't work with this company they r bunch of liers and racist. They only wanna hire there own kind. which its true. They told me they well get me a job with them after my contract expired from another company which they were taking the condo. which to me they lie to and coming up with excuses saying the boards members don't want u which l don't believe that it's a lie. l don't buy that. the property manager and them plan to get rid of us. l hope this company goes down and tenants don't want them. l was doing a great job there. They could have gimne a job there but cuz l am not Greek like them they won't gimme a job but if l was Greek like them for sure they well gimne a job..This company lie and there cleaning are like crap. The boss looks like a bum the way he dress and its a money hungry. Definitely not worth 400 pounds for a "professional end of tenancy clean". In fact only half of what was promised was done : windows, walls, doors, handles were not cleaned at all. One room was not even vacuumed. I still saw big stains on a window and when I mentioned it, they told me they had cleaned it. Once they cleaned it right in front of me, all the stains were gone in seconds, showing they had never done it before.
They also had promised I would sign a satisfaction sheet before they leave the house, but never saw it although I specifically asked for it. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning myself after them. The only satisfactory thing was the carpet cleaning.
They also never respected their ETA, even after revising it twice.
To top it all, they never answered my emails and phone calls when I wanted to complain.
EDIT AFTER COMPANY'S RESPONSE
It is very professional and ethical from them to publicly expose my personal phone number. Which is, obviously and unfortunately, not a dead number (never received a phone call from them).
All that (plus their average rating) is telling a lot about the company's attitude toward customers.
I´d been working for this company no more than 1 year, it was a really nightmare. They missed the bank holidays payment or holidays or extra time on my payslip, not onces it was constantly, every 2 weeks I needed to double cheek all my time shift because they always miss something with wherever the excuses. Is not a good communication between them at any moment, just they talk each other when the have some plan on mind like a friend of someone need your position and they will do wherever to take it from you. careful they use to lie by talk about the rules of the company I suggest to read everything from begging and not trust a single word, because if you trust the word of them you will be the loser. the worse company in 6 years working as a supervisor.

Andy and Lee from Nationwide UK Cleaning Services did a fantastic job with my End Of Lease cleaning service. They exceed the agreed scope of cleaning and the quality was excellent. I am happy to recommend NCS as a professional good value for money domestic cleaning service provider.
Andy and Lee were brilliant for my pre-move in clean. They called to let me know they were on their way. On arrival they took a quick tour of the 3 bedroomed house and were unfazed. Their secret weapon was their willingness to please and sheer elbow grease. The house was unloved, stale and in places just plain dirty and what a difference a day makes. The double oven was like new and that alone deserved the 5 stars! The carpets smelled fresh after their shampoo and all surfaces, inside cupboards, windows were sparkling as was the bathroom and cloakroom. I could not be more pleased as my tears surely told them. This company has a bad rep due to past miscreants please give them a chance, I was not not let down at all and when somebody exceeds your expectations you have to share the good news 😊
Employed the services of Nationwide Cleaners. Communication poor, attendance worse, cleaning terrible. Promised a refund and only got a partial one. Tried calling and emailing with nothing back.

After battling the symptoms of Autism, adhd, and depression and then breaking my foot and unable to walk, also having a very messy young child, I started to feel completely overwhelmed as the housework grew and grew, I knew it was time to ask for help, the staff was very polite and considerate and took account my needs, I was away when the cleaners came in, partly because I was so embarrassed by the mess and cleanliness of my home letting it get so bad and partly because I didn't want to be in the way, once I arrived home I was so happy, finally a tidy and clean home that is now easier for me to manage, I was pleasantly surprised at the paint they managed to get off the floor and how clean my dirty cream sofa has now become, this means so much all the hard work that went in, I now feel so much better.
Following on from my previous post, It’s been 2 months and I still have not received my deposit back. I sent them a final warning letter before court claim, still no deposit back. Now they have left me with no choice but to take them to court. This could have all been prevented if they just did the right thing and just own up to their non-conformance and give me my deposit back.
Booked a moving out/new tenant clean and promptly paid a £120 deposit. On the day of the clean I arrived at the property ready to let the cleaners in. No one arrived and after several hours of waiting I called the company but calls went unanswered.
After an hour of trying to get hold of someone I was called back and told the cleaners were ill and so we would need to reschedule. I told them this was no good as my tenant was arriving later that week. They agreed to refund me.
I've counted 9 emails and 9 attempted phone calls (all unanswered) asking for my refund. Some of my emails have been answered assuring me that they've passed it to finance but the majority have been ignored.
What a waste of a day and £120. Don't bother.
Arranged to come on 18th October to clean the lounge carpet saying they would telephone that morning with a time in the afternoon. Later than day after several telephone calls Nationwide rang back and said "give me 24 hours to sort this out". There has been no response (now November 9th) despite email message and multiple telephone messages. This clean was a goodwill gesture due to to complications from a previous clean when they cleaned: lounge, 2 bedrooms, stairs and mattresses. I really feel let down and would not recommend the company.
