I ordered slippery elm powder through Amazon, unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with the batch that I was sent... I contacted natural health 4 life direct and I can say I'm so impressed with the way they have helped rectify the situation... I will in future order from them direct.. The customer service has been beyond what I expected.. Well done 👏

I've been using holland barrett Arrowroot Powder for years, Unfortunately they don't seems supply anymore, so I turn to Natural Health 4 life. This product is fake, use Arrowroot Powder mixed with normal flour, even my kids can tell the difference when cooking food with it, complain to this company, received very pool reply, end up paying the return postage which is more than £10.00 to return it and chase for refund. Avoid this company if you can

Ordered a 400g tub of 5 spice peppercorns, and I have to say I’m delighted with my purchase. I avoid the more common ‘Rainbow’ peppercorns which contain a lot of salt and usually contain only 3 or 4 spices at most so I was well pleased to secure these peppercorns.

really delighted with the products. Some I bought via Amazon and some direct from the company's website. Delivery times very good for both, and seriously lovely food on arrival. Very happy on all fronts - price, quality and delivery.

I have been purchasing Psyllium Husks for approx. 2 years from Natural Health 4 Life and my order always arrives within 24 hours. Just received my latest order of Psyllium Husks 5kg pouch, delivered end of last week.

This week, I have ordered Lemon and Salted Almonds, Dark Chocolate Brazil Nuts, Jalepeno and Lime Cashews and a nice big 525g tub of Caramalized Cashew Nuts - wanting to eat healthier snacks instead of biscuits, as notice I have more energy eating better quality snacks plus the scales have gone down a bit too (compared to eating , say , biscuits).

I cannot find fault with Natural Health 4 Life as my experience, in last 2 years, has only been positive.

Whilst there are times that companies will receive bad reviews, having spoken on the phone to a member of staff in a phone call, yesterday, at Natural Heatlh 4 Life, I found the lady very friendly and personable.

I feel that the prices of Natural Health 4 Life are competitive compared to getting similar snacks elsewhere and I will definitely be purchasing more snacks along with the Psyllium Husks , that we have been buying for 2 years!

I would recommend this company to anybody considering purchasing the products that this company sells. Prices are competitive plus delivery is very good.

Literally a scam. Claimed they shipped my order. After 6 days the parcel hadn’t arrived. Chased them as to the whereabouts, beyond rude.

Chased again, lied to me that my parcel was delivered by providing me with a tracking. Tracking shows it was an English delivery, I live in Scotland.

I placed an order with NaturalHealth4Life on 20th March (my order number is JGEQEMPKN). I received an email confirming shipping on 23rd March so I was expecting the order to be delivered within 3 working days. After 5 days of waiting the order still had not arrived so I wrote to NaturalHealth4Life on 28th March but they never replied. I wrote to them a second time on 2nd April but again they never replied.

Their website's homepage currently states that "handling times are longer" than normal and that their couriers "are severely behind normal schedules". But even so they expect orders to be with customers "in under 10 days". It's been 15 days so far and I still have not received my order so I do not understand why they say orders should be delivered "in under 10 days".

I have written to them again today for the third time but I guess they still will not reply. But hopefully, after this review, I will finally get a reply to my review in TrustPilot - I think this is the only way in which they may reply.

@NaturalHealth4Life, if you do see this message please can you give a full refund for order JGEQEMPKN.
