I would give this service no starts but it wouldn’t let me. Busses are never on time as the timetable online has different times to when the bus actually arrives. Most drivers are not friendly at all and can be very rude. Please sort it out it’s shocking but I have no choice but to get a bus as I can’t drive yet

I went on park and ride bus . I ran the bell to get off and then stood alongside the driver to get off. He rudely told me to ring the bell. I replied I had and it was obvious I was getting off. It is not acceptable to talk to customers in this way . You are trying to get people to use public transport .

Buses are never on time and the drivers are clearly dumb!! Would rather walk than use this company. Absolutely shocking.

What a disaster .they chance the time on 27 to every 15 mins . And the bus was 35 minutes before it came . I was there for 11.30am and bus came at 12.05 .have they gone down hill . Yes

i have never come across such rude and ignorant people than the people that work for nct. i am continually late for everything- even tho i leave half an hour earlier. i have to leave for work 2 hours earlier due to how unreliable nct are. there is a driver on the bus 28 who has caused that many accidents and has had to fill out so many accident forms- it’s embarrassing. he once jolted so suddenly that a toddler fell from the top of the stairs to the floor on the bottom- this same bus driver just smirked and no apology was given. i have witnessed drivers swear at passengers for no reason. the bus hasn’t even pulled off yet and they won’t let passengers on, but if you work for nct you don’t even have to be at a bus stop for them to stop for you. every single timetable is wrong. i asked a bus driver why the number 11 doesn’t show up at a certain time and the reply i got was “how should i know”. it quite literally is the fact that every time i catch a bus- it’s either late or doesn’t show up at all. nct have so many complaints but yet the manager and company chooses to ignore it. this is not just the worst bus company, but the worst company on a whole. when you get on the bus 9/10 you’re greeted with glares and utter rudeness. if you’re working with the public you have to have some decency about you- and these drivers have NONE. i’d be embarrassed and disgusted in myself if these people worked for me.

Useless service time as the number 35 regularly is late or does not even show up. I know ALOT of people will share the same feelings as me. It is ridiculous for all of us who have to get to work on time wich is a gamble with the 35s, even when you get an earlier bus it will always be delayed and never run on time although the roads are empty at this time there is no reasonable explanation as to how this can be. IF IT IS actually running on time you can garuntee they will leave before the designated arrival time at the bus station effecting everyone trying to get to work. Especially us health care workers (wichcis alot of your morning passengers) as us being late is detrimental to the running of shifts, wards and fellow staff.

Crap bus service, 11 bus service don’t turn up, don’t rely on it, crap bus service for a crap city. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, but this site won’t let me put zero stars

I am so fed up of nct not providing a regular bus service.my bus at 703 every morning is regularly late or like today does not turn up at all.it's always this bus at this time which is missing.you contact them and have to wait up to 10days for a reply only for a feeble excuse about why it was missing.it is always this bus at this time which missing.there is obviously a recurring problem so why are they not sorting it out.it's an absolute disgrace.they should be ashamed of themselves.

So, NCT have put their fare prices up today. Buses that are constantly running late or missing altogether. The 'real time' information at the stops are a complete joke. Many of the drivers - predominantly middle-aged and older males - are incredibly rude and arrogant. The buses are frequently absolutely filthy, which is not surprising given the drivers allow people on drinking from cans and bottles and eating fast-food. Buses are not cleaned at the end of the day, I've sometimes caught the same bus as I was on the previous day, and the same mess is still there untouched. There was no effective 'distancing' measures put in place during the height of the pandemic.

Best thing that could happen is for another bus company to start operating in Nottingham as happened some years ago with the outfit based in Sheffield. At that time, NCT couldn't do enough for it's customers.

A white young male driver, with long greasy hair and glasses yelled “YOU B1TCH” to me as I got off the 28 nct bus. Never seen this man before in my life!!!!! But Nct ofcourse don’t want to admit to anything or be held accountable for their actions so ofcourse they checked the cctv and found ‘nothing’. I then gave them more details of the incident and they then accused me of lying. I’m getting so sick and tired of nct drivers attitudes! Even coming down to the drivers constantly glaring/ giving dirty looks! Grow up all of you! all in all nct REALLY needs to be shut down :)

I’ve never had a problem with the buses, sure they run off schedule, and sometimes the little time due thing lies when your bus is due, but it wasn’t something that bothered me.

That is until today I got lip and attitude from the driver this morning. I catch the 89 double decker every morning at 7:50 and they gave me attitude because I stopped them when there was a single decker in front of them. Given covid and that the single decker had double the people the double did, I, like many others, would rather get on the empty double decker. The attitude the driver gave was as if I had done something inhuman and that I would be the reason the bus was late. Excuse me? The bus is on schedule, the bus in front is the one either running early or late!

The icing on the cake is the freaking bus had to stop anyway! Let’s take the driver’s argument that I was somehow going to bring mayhem to their schedule. A lady got off at the stop, so how was my jumping on going make it anymore late?
Giving me the attitude and lip took up just as much time as me getting on scanning my card.

Absolutely disgusted I had to start my day like that. Maybe it was because I looked young, maybe nctx hates kids. Maybe it was because I wasn’t white. Maybe nctx are racist. But definitely they don’t give a toss about one having a valid reason, because of covid, to jump on an empty bus. They definitely don’t give a toss about the pandemic anymore. I hope the driver was just having a bad day, but this morning they were an absolute dick.

Chris was very polite, friendly and greeted everyone personally this morning excellent customer service and he has represented the company in a very good light and this deserves recognition !! :)

Me amd my partner came into town to watch the Euro finals left our pub with plenty of time to find NCT had cancelled its buses and missing the the last tramA taxi was our only option but at nearly 50 pounds this was unacceptable. How can NCT a major transport link for people leave so many people abandoned. Absolutely disgusting
