I firstly went into your store in brighton, I was suffering with really dry hands needed different hand lotion the man in the shop was very helpful, within a week of using the products my hands were stating to feel great will definitely be purchasing more items, really lo e the fact that they are natural products

I have used these products for many years and am always pleased with the quality and ethics of Neals Yard. I had some difficulty finding my loyalty points. Also, it seems unnecessary to want a signature on delivery which necessitates having to be home to accept the parcel or make some other arrangement. A signature can easily be fraudulent and delivery is usually photographed anyway

I had a great experience at the St. Pancreas store. However it is disappointing that the store had close to no herbs for my tea in particular the hibiscus and chamomile. I had been to the store many times but there was no stock.

Having used their face moisturiser for sensitive skin for around 20yrs, I was concerned as to what I could use when told it had been discontinued.
The customer service team was very helpful and arranged speedy delivery of three sample pots (free of charge) of moisturisers I could try.
I am very grateful as I have a severe allergy to something and not knowing what it is makes it difficult.
I can't thank them enough for their support in helping me find an alternative.
