These people are the absolute worst people to deal with. You can't get ahold of anybody you make they either don't post it to the right unit. They tell you your account is upto date you won't be locked out then a week later they padlock your unit for no reason.Called these morons to find out why said a manager will call back that was bull to. would never recomend this half a__outfit to anyone

Absolutely Horrible!! Do not rent from these people unless you want all of your personal belongings to be covered in mold and mildew. They claim it is an enclosed structure with climate control… That is completely false! Mold and mildew entered our unit and all of our things were completely ruined. Also the owner, manager, assistant manager none Of them called us back ever! This place is a joke!

trash piled in front of unit door blocking entrance. Multiple calls no result...one guy said "I see you have two units..which one is blocked, please email me a picture" both units are on same isle..shouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out where to look and he provided NO email address to send picture. There were items intended for Xmas gifts we wanted to get to but couldn't thanks to poor service.

Neighborhood Storage is TERRIBLE! The secured gates at 2 locations are either broken and stay open for months.or broken and won't open for days! They gave me 3 more days to move out of 2 of my units and are trying to penalize me for not being out on time. The gate was broken for a week and I had no access. If you call after hours they charge you a $35 fee for someone to address an issue.

No problems, easy, & clean

Ease of use is 5 stars, unfortunately their rate increase is too dramatic & unexpected to be considered fair. It was bad enough when the unit I signed up for online ended up being $20 more than advertised, they also increased my rates by almost $20 after only a year of service! And I was never informed of the increase, I just happened to find out when making my monthly payment. This created a financial hardship on me due to having multiple units. The management staff is also somewhat difficult to deal with, but the staff at each location were awesome & very helpful. My advice is they're an exceptable self-storage company, just ensure to keep track of your account & balance

A place like this gives Storage Lockers a bad name. The top management is Impossible to deal with. If you should go forward and rent from them, remember you were warned.

I feel the rate changes and added insurance is a unfair increase to long term tenants is outrageous. Due to no building buy out as well new location!
Turn out over the 6th year period no free mouth rental for being loyal customer just over the top $5 on with the taxes how unfairly done. So I rate them at a 2half stars!.

I really liked Neighborhood storage, they were super friendly and very easy to use. The rates were good price for the clean storage and easy access.

The manager listens to what you have to say and assist you any way possible. The area is always kept in a clean and presentfull manner.

They are always nice and very helpful. I am comfortable with them and like the prices.

Wouldn't consider any other rental storage company in the Ocala area.They make you feel important and like part of their family.
