Following a telephone conversation with a helpful team member I have managed to get 10 people to book the same holiday with you.

I had a complex room booking situation for 3 people so I decided to ring. Each person I spoke to was so helpful clear and friendly! I’ve been on ski/beach Neilson holidays for the last 7 years and would highly recommend them…

Booked online and it was straight forward

A great booking experience. The consultant responded to my questions with a great depth of knowledge. My quotes came through, there was an issue so more were done. Rebecca called me at an agreed time to discuss options. It was great.

Booking easy online but wanted to check some specifics on tennis and cycling so spoke to the excellent Russell in sales who sorted everything quickly and without fuss.

No hassle job done

We have just returned from the newly added Mauritius Ravenala Resort.
It was our 5th holiday with Neilson but it was so different to our expectations.
Firstly we found that Neilson only take a round 10% of the rooms with around 50 guests in a much larger and slightly tired hotel complex, as such you don't tend to mix with fellow Neilson guests.
We went mainly for the water sport activities which we found quite limited.
(other hotel guests can also pay to use the kit although at the time of our visit this didn't prove a problem with availability). Windsurf kit was limited to 3.5 and 4.5 sails, and rs cats 16 & 12. No lessons or courses(other than taster sessions), no racing and no regetta. Kayaking and Sups were available to use.
Planned to use the ebikes but unfortunately sickness picked up from the hotel put paid to that for 5 days.
Didn't try the tennis.
Snorkeling trips were available but Neilson places limited as the trips were usually shared with other hotel guests.
Food at the hotel was good, we may have been unlucky with our experience as I became very ill.
Location of hotel was good but not a couple of minutes from port Louis as is described in the literature but 15-30 minutes by car depending on traffic, which always seemed heavy on the trip we took and then our return to the airport.
Neilson staff do not stay at the hotel and interaction with them was very limited.
Its a long way to go so do careful research before you commit.

We had such a fabulous holiday this year, we’ve already booked for 2027!!

Great company. Staff go above and beyond to make you have the best holiday experience. Easy to book snd all add on clear.

Neilson has a very intuitive website that makes searching and booking really easy.

Great water sports , food brilliant and al the staff for kids clubs and activities smashed it. Lovely room , clean , modern and all you need. Bike rides were great and really enjoyed everything we got involved in . Well done Neilson again

Easy to book but I did know where I was going as I stayed at he resort last year.

Our first Neilson holiday and pretty much everything about it was brilliant, plenty of activities, evening entertainment and the staff are all so friendly. Loved it that much on our last night we booked to come back in 2027, can't wait
