Deducting a star from otherwise 5-star service.
I ordered a pc case on an early Sunday evening and paid for next working day delivery. So I expected to receive the item on the Tuesday, and had an email confirming this. Unfortunately the item was not dispatched until the Tuesday which meant it would come on the Wednesday, a day later and not convenient for me. So I had to rearrange delivery with courier.
Apart from this everything else was fine and I would purchase from this company again.

Update: NeoComputers have reached out to me as promised, and refunded the delivery cost. That's fair, and I'm putting the review up to five stars 👍

Very good customer service I would say 10/10 make you feel reassuring whenever you purchase something and if it doesn’t come on the day it was suppose to they refund your whole shipping fees and still deliver it the day after or so. Would recommend over Amazon at most times for the same products but cheaper.

Fast delivery and my son seems to be happy with the product

First time using Neo. Slight issue caused by myself during ordering process and despite them being closed (Saturday evening, bank holiday weekend) I got a reply to support email and fixed within an hour or 2 from skeleton support.

Case ordered- arrived as advertised. I'd use them again as first experience was excellent.

Prompt delivery and great customer service

Website isn't great and showed me an inaccurate delivery estimate, but customer service MORE than makes up for it. I had ordered a PC case from Neo (other parts from elsewhere) for my nephews birthday, and was at risk of having 1 part missing for him.

Called in and Paul explained the situation and rectified it for me. Thanks.

Unlike large retailers, Neo seem to be run by real people who listen, think/understand, and act. Would highly recommend and will be my first port of call in future.

My son wanted a gaming pc for Christmas with a list of requirements, NeoComputers bettered those and remained in budget. One part , unbeknown to anybody was not compatible but responded to my question immediately and then turned up at my door within an hour with a replacement part on Christmas Day. A magnificent service, I would highly recommend.

Ordered a motherboard and came in one piece. Wrapped up really well. Shipping was faster than expected and good communication from supplier. What more can you ask for!

Ordered a few parts for my new build and everything arrived quickly and well packed, wrapped in security tape. My CPU arrived dead (not their fault) and they collected it, tested it and sent out a replacement at no cost. They're now one of the first places I check for parts

Had an issue regarding a faulty product that, where the manufacturer was the problem rather than the merchant. Solid customer service but bit slow keeping me updated.

I'm absolutely over the moon with the speed and execution Paul has done. Built me a new PC within a couple hours. Great communication and built it just how I described it to him. Highly recommend
