I was let down by one of the major companies.
The motherboard arrived with bent pins and was unable to boot. This rendered the motherboard useless, and it was all my fault. Damaged goods. I have been building PC computers since 1997.
That is another story.
Whilst the major company found a solution for their guilt, I quickly needed an LGA1700 motherboard.
I browsed the net.
NeoComputers had the exact board that I needed, and at the cheapest price in the UK.
I ordered it.
It arrived the next day.
(Even though the postage paid was set for three days.)
The motherboard works brilliantly.
Fantastic, rapid service.
If I may point out one thing!
The DPD delivery was set to not accept a safe place or neighbour.
This left me in a conundrum .
I was unable to be in for the delivery, as I work every day.
My next-door neigbour would have been more than happy to sign for it.
I finally got today off work.
DPD said that owing to the foul weather, they were unable to deliver, and it would be delivered tomorrow.
I had already waited a week.
I ended up going to the depot myself and picking it up.
If you could allow DPD to deliver to a neighbour... That would be absolutely brilliant.
Other than that....
Perfect.
I will certainly use Neo Computers again.

Fantastic service, speedy delivery.
I was a bit cautious at first as I'd never ordered from this company. I've had a few bad experiences purchasing parts from new companies for the first time, but I was very happy with my experience here.
I ordered a HX1000i power supply with the standard delivery of 3-5 working days. I ordered this just yesterday, and had it arrive today - which was a very pleasant surprise.
This is my second order from the company, the first being a Meshify 2 XL case. Both orders have been exceptional. I've received email updates regarding the status of my order, and DPD tracking information as soon as it was available. Both orders have been delivered on-time or, in the case of this order, earlier.
Many of the components are also much cheaper than you'll find at other vendors. Both of my orders were ~£20 cheaper than they would have been elsewhere.
Genuinely fantastic service, delivery was speedy & reliable, prices in many cases are much cheaper than elsewhere. Hard to fault this kind of service.
The cherry on top is that this is one of the few companies that seem to ship via DPD, who are by far the most reliable courier service in my area.

I ordered an ITX Motherboard and paid for faster postage - and it still worked out cheaper than big competitors.
Not only cheaper, but it arrived very well wrapped too. Much better packing than any of the other companies I’ve ordered from recently.

NeoComputers great, DPD not so great
Customer Service reached out with regular updates despite issues with delivery company originally sending parcel back. NeoComputers rectified this by investigating the issue and sending a replacement once stock was available next day delivery free of charge.
