Terrible customer service. My sign arrived broken. After weeks of sending videos and pictures of the break, they offered to send a replacement but I had to pay $153 in shipping costs. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right, but they refused.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AWFUL PRODUCT FROM CHINA - PRODUCTS ARE NOT MADE IN UK SO YOU INCUR IMPORT CHARGES IF YOU WANT YOUR SIGN DELIVERED (I AM UK BASED)

I ordered two signs for my children's Christmas present and I was notified I had to pay an additional £48 for import / duty fees as unbeknownst to me these are made in China and were imported to the UK. No mention of this in the website - in fact it specifies no hidden additional fees!

I then receive what I thought was a scam wattsapp message from DHL wanting extra payment before delivery... I ignored this as it referenced a strange lighting company so did not provide payment / information to a strange company that clearly wasn't neonsignsnow.co.uk - although it transpires it was?

It transpires that this was legitimate and I had to pay extra if I wanted my 2 signs. I refused and did a live chat with someone who said they would cover the costs after I refused. They initially said for me to pay and they would reimburse - I did not trust them so requested that they pay. Dozens of emails and live chat for the next 8 days or so - still no payment after promises to do so. Eventually it was paid but the signs were received after Christmas.

Then one arrives with a foreign plug - so useless. I had to contact them again for a proper UK plug. It was eventually sent out.

I will say Customer service has a fast response to emails but the matter is always responded to by a totally different person. Unsure if its just AI?

The signs are ok. However, not worth the money. The thin wire coming from the sign is only a few cm long before it attached to a massive laptop style charger with thick black wire - awful looking on the wall. I am so very disappointed I trusted the reviews on their website and didn't come to trustpilot. Over £200 spent on a load of rubbish with a further £48 requested to receive them.

Ordered a sign from this company , and I even paid the extra fee for handling any issue that might arise promptly within 48 hours. The sign turned out to be the wrong colour and despite sending pictures and getting pictures from them that shows in anyones eyes that it is plainly wrong, they just messed me about for a week and refused to do anything. I really wish I had read the other reviews on Trustpilot rather than those shown on their own website before ordering. Like other reviewers on here, beware before ordering on this site. They are highly unprofessional and will not deal with complaints or any issues and the extra money you pay is also worthless. there are many other suppliers to be able to choose from than this awful company in my experience.

Careful ordering from this company. The neon sign we ordered shorted out and left burn marks on the wall. When bringing up this concern, they offered a discount for another one. Yeah, right. Shady products and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

Bought an exterior sign at huge expense (£1600). Shipped from China not from the UK so took 4 weeks to arrive. Installed it and the sign lasted 6 days before all the LEDs started to fail. When I asked for a resolution I was initially offered a 50% refund(!??!) for a 100% broken sign and now I am being told they only have a 3 month warranty. To be clear it is less than 3 months since I received it but probably more than 3 months since the factory shipped it. Now I am being ignored so I expect they are running down the clock so it is 3 months since I received it and then they can wash their hands of it.

Deliberately misleading - buyer beware

I ordered a piece over two lines, was quoted a price for 60cm at the WIDEST WIDTH, bought, and then (on my own initiative) decided to check the height when they sent me the ‘proof’ (which also conveniently leaves off the height).

They then told me that I was paying for 60cm HEIGHT (much smaller width), because it was over two lines (which I added at point of sale, and the price updated on the site to a much lower price) and that I should pay double for the sign I wanted, thank you very much.

Said no, as they advertised and sold me a very different thing, and am still awaiting a refund.
