We first visited Neptune Colchester in May 2023 on a recommendation from close friends. All the staff were friendly, helpful and put us under no sales pressure. The store is beautifully presented. After a few more visits we decided to place an order in June 2024 and take advantage of their home design service. Debbie Pearce our appointed designer was spot on. Passionate, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The lead in time was acceptable from order (Jun 24) to delivery (Oct 24) yet Neptune kept in contact, it was well worth the wait. Delivery was on time and Debbie dressed our living room to give us the full ' Neptune grand reveal experience' We were not dissapointed. We have no hesitation in recommending Neptune and Debbie from the Colchester store. Thanks for all your help. Until the next time........Sandra & Paul W

Great products good service. BUT why do I have to drive 25 miles to receive my refund in person when you take a £7000.00 order by telephone. You really should rethink this.

Efficient and friendly

Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. She offered lots of design options and really listened to our feedback to create the perfect look. The design is fantastic and all the items are of high quality. Neptune were available when we had any questions and the communication was great with really fast response time. I would highly recommend.

Great service from store. Although my matching chair took a long time to come, once it was available store gave me 2 delivery dates/time one if which was acceptable. Delivery guys very professional.

The lady who normally serves me (dark hair, glasses) is always happy and friendly - and remembers what I bought the last time I was there. She is a star.

Staff at the store were approachable, friendly and helpful. The item I wanted wasn’t available in that store so an item search was carried out and found at a different location. There was an issue with the delivery so they refunded the delivery charge and made arrangements for the item to be collected by a staff member at their next staff meeting. They went over and beyond to help and kept me informed every step of the way.

Mandy was so helpful and really understood our needs. Thank you so much for helping us create a calm and very cool look. We will be back soon

We always buy our paints from Neptune. The quality of the paint is great, the colours are rich and I love the way they have grouped them into palettes which makes it easier to pair. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Their colour suggestions work very well.
I highly recommend our Colchester branch.
