Alan was incredible, found us the perfect buyer and found the buyer their perfect home. We explained to Alan we needed a fast sale due to a relocation opportunity with work, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and always answered the phone. We got a number of offers and were able to accept a very good offer over the home report, we were grateful as we had spent a lot of money cosmetically and the house we were selling was beautiful, Alan found the buyer who appreciated all of that as well as us being able to sell to a family the house deserves. What a genuinely good guy who is really exceptional at what he does, will be in touch with Alan for all future selling, already raved, and recommended him to friends and family. Andy approached me and partner when we were having difficulty with selling our property and had lost all confidence in our very relaxed eatate agents. We were unaurw how to progress and scared of having a similar experience with a different estate agent if we cancelled.
