It seems that netflights want more info re my review. My grandaughter is trying g to speak to netflights.com as she was supposed to flyhome from srilankan on march8th. They have notcontacted her as they should

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding my cancelled ticket. I booked an Emirates flight through Netflights with the travel date on 1 March. The ticket was cancelled due to the war situation, and I have been trying to get an update for the past 9 days.
I had already left a review earlier, but the response I received was not helpful. I was told that the ownership of the booking had been transferred to previous owners and that I should contact them. However, no contact information for the previous owners was provided, which leaves me with no way to resolve this issue.
This situation is very frustrating. As a customer, I booked through Netflights and should not be left chasing unknown contacts to get a response about my own booking. I request a clear update and proper assistance regarding my cancelled ticket and refund.
I would appreciate an immediate response and a proper resolution to this matter.

I am stuck in Dubai due to my connection with an Emirates flight being cancelled because of the current circumstances.
I booked the flight with Netflights, Emirates have put me up in a hotel & have said refer to your agent for a flight home Netflights have not been answering their phones or responding to emails & have left me stranded it’s totally unacceptable I would advise never to book a flight with Netflights there is absolutely no support …

This Review response is the first response I have had from Netflights despite numerous emails I have sent. Myself & my husband have spent hours on hold on the phone.
I finally mananged to get a flight on 8th March thank you to Emirates. The only response I had from Netflights was the answer to my review below…It is not worth booking with this company they are not interested in the well being of their clients they are completely unresponsive once they have your money, they do not care what happens to you.Pay the extra & book with the airline NETFLIGHTS is a NO GO company.

I have been trying to make a flight change for two days now, the online website wont allow me to make a change as apparently they have been bought out by a Spanish company and no online changes can be made to booking made before January 2026. I have spent 3 hours on hold over the last two day and no answer. I have also emailed customerservices and Amendments email addresses and no response:

Since Netflights have been sold they are a complete & utter waste of time. I’ve spent ten of thousands with them over the years but I wouldn’t spend £10 with them now. Customer service is now completely non existent!!

Been trying to call Netflights for 2 days now since my flight to Doha on Qatar airlines was cancelled because of the troubles in the middle east.Yes i understand they are busy but i have spent hours on the phone listening to a recorded message saying my call would be answered shortly which it never is.Emailed them but still no reply..I need my refund so I can book another flight elsewhere.

I had a very poor experience with Netflights.
My flight was cancelled due to the current war situation, which is obviously outside my control. Since then, Netflights has completely failed to provide any support. I have received no meaningful response to my emails, no updates, and no assistance with rebooking or refunds. It feels like I have been completely ghosted.
What makes this worse is the lack of any reliable way to contact them. There is no effective customer service channel, no accountability, and no urgency shown despite the seriousness of the situation. When you are stranded or facing uncertainty because of global events, the last thing you expect is total silence from a company you trusted with your booking.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through Netflights, especially if something goes wrong. When issues arise, they simply do not seem to be there.

We called netflights and spoke to a lovely young lady called Hayden. She went absolutely above and beyond for us today. We couldn’t get a new flight sorted but we were really looked after. Very thankful and we’d definitely consider netflights again in the future!

This was once an excellent travel agent with high standards of service. Recent management changes have resulted in it being reduced to a web site with no customer service at all. What a pity! I used to spend thousands of pounds a year here but never again. Ahmed and Muhammad try hard but the new system is loaded against them.

Booked a flight through yourselves and had a 12 hour delay/ late change in flight schedule only to be told whilst I was at the airport, called the agent for assistance only to be told to wait at airport for the rescheduled time no lounge offered, no food, no refreshments & no internet- just left alone/ abandoned !
Very disappointed ☹️ neither agent nor flight took ownership of mess even after following the claim instructions no compensation or acknowledgement of distress caused! Very disappointing!

I have email and called no one is will to take countability and they keep blaming others. They need to refund my flight money. Yet, no answer. I will keep posting until I get an answer.

The company has now changed hands, but we did not know. We had booked a holiday to Bali last year with NetFlights and had a great time. We phoned after we got back to book a return trip. So far, so good.
We had our booking reference so just after Christmas I used the booking reference to check my booking details and I got an error message advising that the system did not recognise my booking number. I tried phoning and after a number of extended waits I checked with AI "why can I not get through to NetFlghts?" I got a message back advising me that NetFlights had ceased trading and not to worry, my holiday was safe!
My wife and I pondered what we should do, should we continue and hope that we will have our holiday fulfilled, taking a chance, or cutting our losses. We were told that the website we were using was no longer owned by the new owners - hence our booking reference will not work. We have just received advice - via an email - of a change in ownership. Whoever came up with the transition plan to manage the changeover failed to consider their customers.
I WILL NEVER USE NETFLIGHTS AGAIN.

Air France cancelled my short connecting flight to Paris to transfer onto my long haul flight to Mexico. Ben was really helpful and managed to get me on a direct flight instead from London to Mexico after a discussion with Aeromexico who were at first reluctant to rebook me on the direct flight without charge as the flight cancelled was Air France's rather than theirs.
Ben really did all he could to accommodate my needs and got a positive result so thanks again to Ben.

Booked on the phone. The guy was really helpful and witty. The price was great. Tickets issued quickly. All good. So good that I paid their extra £15 for some sort of insurance I will never use, but also £50 off the next flights I book with them, as I know I'll use it.
