Very friendly and helpfull company to deal with. No quibble on returns with very prompt collection and delivery. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Netfurniture again. N Cambridge.

The order was placed (made to measure) and delivered within two weeks. On arrival the table top appeared scored and marked as if damaged in transit; I contacted the trader who immediately offered to replace the damaged part but also offered advice on the protective film that covered the surface (I was concerned that removing the film would affect any return rights). As suggested once I removed the protective cover the actual surface was unblemished; I have assembled the table and I am pleased to say it looks great. Happy to use this company again in the future.

Although the company was unable to get the colour I asked for they contacted me at each stage explaining why, and offering an alternative. The item was dispatched and delivered in the time stated.

This probably delayed delivery by a week or so. When told that your order will be processed once the payment has cleared, you don't expect to have to contact the company a week or so later. Bearing in mind the payment was shown on my account the same day.

Very quick and efficient service with a high quality product

We bought a 'Tempo' black glass dining table and 6 black chairs. We requested information prior to placing the order as to whether the glass was actual black glass or had a coated (underside) surface as several others we had viewed previously were a coated surface. The company took a couple of days to get the information and eventually confirmed by e-mail that it was indeed actually black glass. Presumably they had this from their supplier Julian Bowen Limited. When the items arrived directly from Julian Bowen Ltd it was quickly found to be coated glass as there is a very minor scratch in the underside coating which you can see from the top. We have kept the whole package as we very much like the table and chairs and the scratch can be easily disguised. We were unable to find any truly black glass table except at 4 or more times the price. We are happy with the purchase.

We ordered 4 dining chairs. Using the website was easy. They were delivered without delay and packaged extremely well. Easy instructions to put them together too. I would definately recommend this website.

Ordered some kitchen chairs but unfortunately they were out of stock until January however, they did offer me two other similar styled chairs which could be delivered that same week. I accepted their offer and they were delivered within 2 days. Excellent service.

We wanted to order a CD cabinet but was unsure if the colour would match our existing furniture. We had an online conversation and was assured that the colour would be OK, so we ordered. The cabinet arrived very promptly as promised. We had a problem with one of the shelves which was badly scratched. I called them and they asked for a picture of the damage if possible. I sent them a couple and 2 days later the new shelf arrived with no questions asked. Its a service we very much appreciated and would definitely check them out first for any other products we may require. We would also highly recomment them.
