It took me a while to try to figure out how and where my order was calculated and the free gift. To simplify things the free gift should show zero charge as a listed item and the balance or tally of your items should be higher up on the page and available when you view your shopping cart.

I just purchased an order after months of debate. I cannot find what I need anywhere else. The last time I made a purchase I paid for 3 items and only received one. I called the number multiple times a day for a week and left numerous voicemails hoping to hear back from someone to get the 2 missing items or get a refund. I was never contacted back.
Hopefully what I ordered today is delivered. Or this will be my last time using the NetNutri site.

I like that I can go back to my previous orders to reorder. Always arrives well packed and swiftly.

The product I order is always available and listed at a reasonable price. Only thing I have issue with is when I select the reorder option I always get a error message. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s not a functional option.

I was very impressed that Net Nutri had a great organized pattern of retrieving past history orders and the system was friendly in retrieving a reset method for passwords not remembered. That process alone allowed me to pick my item and from there my process
flowed. Keep up the great efforts.

I recently ordered two 4 lb containers of MuscleTech Nitro Tech Whey Protein (Cookies & Cream) from your store, and they were delivered today (Sept 17 2024). Upon checking the expiry date, I was shocked to find that it is October 2024. I’m appalled that you would send health-related items so close to their expiration date, especially products that cannot be consumed quickly. This was my first time ordering from NetNutri, and it’s likely to be my last. Every other vendor I’ve purchased from has provided fresh batches of products, but it seems NetNutri operates as a thrifting business, robbing customers by selling items that are nearly expired and on their way to the trash.

I was able to find a product that worked for me, at a good price, and was able to place the order with ease.

Awful company. Constantly out of stock but does not bother to tell customer until the day after order is placed. Then charges the credit card anyway. An honest company would list the product as being out of stock on their website so the customer could look elsewhere for the product or a similar product. Also, I think charging for a product before it ships is illegal. They also do not respond to messages sent through their website. I would give them a negative rating if that were an option.
