I have been experimenting with my diet recently and trying out alternative foods and I have to say Netrition is great because there is a lot to choose from and each food has its own rating so it's slightly easier to pick something out based on the opinions of others.

I love that I can buy all of my low carb foods in one spot. Their prices are comparable to grocery stores, and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything arrives in good condition. Very quick shipping also!

Lowkey Amazing Company

I came across Netrition when I was searching high and low for my favorite wing sauce. This was one of the only places that had it, which surprised me because at first it seemed like the usually just sell fitness/supplement type stuff. But hey what do I care? They carried my sauce. I took the chance and ordered 6 bottles of it. The price as very good, somehow way better than Amazons. And the shipping only cost 6 bucks and I got my sauce in just a few days!

I been ordering from them ever since and just order my sauce again and bought 19 bottles this time lol. Anyways I'm super happy with the company, and even their shipping is super cool (idk I'm a nerd). But they wrap the sauces up super nice, like whoever is in the shipping department is a wizard with that bubble wrap lol. Thank you Netrition for being an awesome company, and PLEASE keep it up!! You will never leave my bookmarks bar as long as you stay being awesome :)

My first experience ordering with this company as an international was quite disappointing. I think they could improve their proactive communication.

There were some problems with my first order, causing it to get seized at the border. This was not Netrition’s fault. I still informed them that I opted to have the order returned, hoping to get at least a partial refund. Netrition told me I would receive an email once they had received my return and when the credit had gone through.

While waiting for this confirmation, I went ahead and placed a new order to speed up the process of receiving my products. I paid for it and waited for the email that it had been dispatched. I never got that email, so I emailed Netrition 5 days after ordering, asking for an update. They let me know the order was being held until the issues with my first order were resolved. This was odd to me because a. I had paid for this new order and b. I had to email them myself to get this information.

Lastly, the response I got was quite harsh in tone. Instead of an apology for the lack of information, I basically got told that I’d need to accept all responsibility for future orders, so that they wouldn’t have to email me each time.

I finally did receive this second order which was all fine. However, I never received any information about my refund for the initial order. Again, I had to email Netrition because nobody was telling me anything after nearly a month.

I understand that problems occur, even more frequently when you are ordering from abroad. I take this risk willingly and am patient and understanding. However, as a customer already paying lots of money for large orders and extremely expensive shipping, I would have appreciated the company taking a more active approach in informing me.

Fast and reliable. Lots of great choices for both of my dietary needs: Gluten Free and Keto!

Love your selection on Low carb products! I had to substitute a different dressing for what I really wanted but the substitute was good. Everything I ordered was shipped quickly. They have a huge variety of products, but not everything I am looking for. I wish they would carry Nuun Hydration products. The search engine to locate products needs improvement. I entered "black bean pasta" with no result. When I entered the name of the manufacturer, it appeared in the search results.
