Untrustworthy Company
I ordered Qualia senolytic and never received the package. I wrote to their customer service to refund me or send me another shipment and they told me that it was shipped and gave me a link to the tracker. The tracker just said it was delivered to my city. There is no address listed on the tracking link. I complained again that there is no proof that it was delivered to my address and the customer service person agreed they don’t have proof of address just city. Still, she said I need to make a complaint to the post office. They should have refunded me or sent me another shipment and they should have contacted the post office themselves rather than asking their customer to do the work for them. They don’t care about their customers and doing the honorable thing. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and my credit card company refunded me the $150. The irony is that if they had just sent me the product again since it was clearly lost in transit, I would have probably spent much more than $150 on reorders since I was excited to use this product. It’s short-sighted of them to lose a long term customer over this. I don’t believe this company is trustworthy and reputable based on this experience and am warning others to stay away.
