Craig is fantastic
Communication is great
Work is spot on
I've just had a few jobs done & I'm extremely happy
So if your looking for anything I'd definitely recommend 100%

Installation was easily arranged, fitting me in on a Saturday when I am off work. The system itself is superb, high definition screen with multiple views / zoom levels, stereo automatically muted for voice prompts, lane assist, clear directions such as take a 'slight left', numbered exits from roundabouts. Very accurate - as you turn into a road it instantly gives the name (and number if applicable). If you have a compatible vehicle, why would you want a separate stand-alone system, when you can have a fully integrated top notch system that does everything you need it to? :-)

Was very easy to do. Great instructions and quick postage. Worked a treat.

The only thing that was missing from my car was Apple CarPlay, but I didn’t want to swap my stereo.
So I’ve messaged countless shops and they’re all telling me that Apple CarPlay can’t be installed onto sync 2.

So I gave up on the idea and just by chance on one of the Focus ST pages on Facebook, someone had made a post asking a similar question and I saw that Craig was tagged. So I messaged him and he came and sorted it out for me!

Only took a few hours and it worked perfectly for about 3 days, so I messaged him again and he swiftly came down to see the problem. Even though this only turned out to be a lose wire, he replaced the whole unit! And I’ve had no problems since.

Top man, can not recommend enough!

What a guy. Craig came to my place of work, installed an Apple CarPlay in my 2016 Kuga and was done within 45mins. After I was told I couldn’t have an Apple car play in my car from a professional auto mechanic.

Left my car exactly the same, Professional and Clean

Explained how it all works and off he went.

Just had the sync system updated and navigation installed by craig from nextgensatnav. He drove from Yorkshire to Liverpool and had the job done in 1/2 hour. Great professional service and I would highly recommend this company. Gave clear instructions on how to use the sat nav, excellent, thanks

Craig got in touch regarding upgrading sync 2 ,after I asked for information on forum sites, arranged a date to fit apple CarPlay and android, very happy with Waze navigator through my screen, used it for my 3 hour journey home made a big difference.

Craig has been excellent throughout. Communicated well from the start. Arrived on time, well prepared and completed the job to good standard. He takes care by not scratching any part of the vehicle. Once fitted, he explained how to use it and the options that is available to use. Very fairly priced compare to other sites that offer so support or guarantee.

Only at Rotherham quick working great put things i wanted on and alot of things i Only heard of iff i want on and saves me unnecessary costs finding out and making mistakes thank you

Craig was prompt and incredibly helpful. He worked quickly and answered all questions to ensure we were comfortable with the upgrade. Additionally also talked us through a follow up query later when connecting a second phone.

From initial enquiry to completion Craig was excellent. Explained everything, completed the upgrade of Sync 2 in Ford Focus and love the end result. Could not recommend enough. Absolutely superb.

Craig was superb in helping identify the issue with my Ford Ranger. Nav didn’t work as had no SD card, after initial contact to Craig he instantly knew what was needed and sent out for me next day. Clear communication and immediate replies when help needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Craig, come to my home to fit my android auto. All communication leading up to our appointment was excellent. He answered any questions straight away & he is an expert in what he does. It didn't take him long at all. Very professional service. I was so impressed by what he had done. My car now has everything I wanted and works perfectly. Thank you!
