The Next MBA program has truly exceeded my expectations. Having just listened to Brian Trazy, I am left deeply inspired. His ability to convey complex subjects in an engaging and comprehensible manner is nothing short of impressive. Had high hopes for this course (Marketing Director Course) but did not live up to my expectation at all. Very few quality lectures and most lectures didn't have information that was very new if you have studied marketing before. The assignments were also chaotic as you were over 40 people in each group from all over the world and everyone was suppose to contribute (which they didn't). Big names such as Kotler, however I can't say I'm impressed by the quality of the lectures unfortunately.

The user platform also had issues throughout the course where you couldn't log in.
Lastly, it took 7 months from completing the course to get a certificate (I had to email several times to ask for it).

All in all, If you have any experience from marketing or marketing studies from before, save your money and don't do this course.

This is such an easy going and fulfilling experience. A great occasion to hear, understand and discuss by learning and confronting your experience with others.

I had high hopes for the course. But honestly the entire experience has been amateurish. I’ve been signed up for months and not been properly on boarded. I’ve not been told when anything is and I have no idea when I am supposed to do things. There is not even a proper welcome session and I’ve not met any other students.

The Lectures that I have been able to attend are very basic and if you have a background in marketing you will find it very slow. It’s certainly not MBA level.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding marketing courses offered by NEXT MBA.

Enrolling in these courses has been a transformative experience for me, both personally and professionally. The comprehensive curriculum, expert instructors, and hands-on approach have provided me with invaluable insights and skills that I am eager to apply in the dynamic field of marketing.

What truly sets NEXT MBA program apart is the genuine commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. I had enrolled in Next MBA programme in Mar, 2023. I see following value additions due to this programme –
1. Live lectures from esteemed personalities like Mr. Brian Tracy and Mr. Philip Kotler.
2. Over delivery by team Next MBA. I paid for one course and I got additional/free lecture even before the start of paid lecture. Later on, I realized that they provide 2-3 additional lectures every quarter. To me, it was like a delight to customer
3. International team building
4. Collaboration, learning with like-minded participants.
5. Learning from various cultures, being patient with others regarding the timelines of doing assignments due to time zone different of international participants
6. Enhanced knowledge on diverse topics like marketing, selling, execution/operations, leadership, future trends, AI and all topics including various case studies.

Sadly, this group models the saying "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." While the promise for timely, cutting-edge content was written into their sales page, what they deliver is far from that promise.

From the second I pressed buy, it became clear that the NEXTMBA is not on the up and up with its game of smoke and mirrors.

The confirmation emails are poorly written and the content inside the library is not accessible unless you pay more. Nothing about this experience is professional, and the program does not deliver on what is promised. It is obvious the big names they are touting have no clue their monikers are being used in this ruse.

Their emails say they are in Clearwater, Florida. But everything else points to Singapore and beyond.

When I realized the scam, I wrote a detailed review and requested my money back. While I can see that NextMBA's tech support and service desk has opened and read my emails numerous times, they have yet to remit the refund.

One of their support people wrote back using broken English to ask for my details about banking information, which they do not need to refund to my credit card. In response, I sent them the transaction number and a screenshot of the receipt and told them they only need to refund the credit card I used for the purchase.

While I continue to send them nudges, the only forward momentum I've received is a response from NextMBA Community Manager Juana saying: "I have already asked the financial team to return your money this week. We ask if you could remove the bad review as it really affects us, and we never have a problem getting the money back! It was just a misunderstanding as we did not receive your emails."

And yet, they still have NOT made a refund to my credit card.

To follow the proper channels and document everything, I filed a dispute with the credit card company, as well as called back to share the shady request for my banking info. This situation has been unresolved since Sept. 30, 2023, and the credit card company is still waiting for a response.

I've built my business on being ethical and authentic, so I'm disappointed that I was duped by what appears to be a sham.

I do not recommend this group to anyone. Close the browser and walk away.

NOTE to NEXTMBA: If you finally do what is right and refund my money - I will gladly delete my reviews.

As of Jan. 26, I have yet to hear back from NEXTMBA or receive a refund. The last communication I received was dated Nov. 2 from Juana at service.

As of Feb. 2, my credit card dispute/fraud department said they never received a refund or heard back from NEXTMBA / Course Cloud. The vendor (NEXTMBA / Course Cloud) had 90 days from when I filed the claim on Sept. 30 to respond and they did not. Since this vendor's word about giving a refund is not true, I will keep this factual review in place.

Scam. No login details. Wrote email thesy delayed the response until my cc payment went through. Money lost.

Let's just say i signed up. They sent you an invoice and login information. You login and BAM! you're hit with a phishing warning.

Update:
So the customer service reached out and they said it's a false positive. That said the site isn't working for me. You can try it yourself if you wish.

I just wasted my money.

Avoid Next MBA Global like the plague. Proper scammy bunch. Despite them using imagery in their ads of Seth Godin there is none of his content on there unless you pay another $299. Text book false advertising (The irony, right?)
Other red flags...
- They are buying fake reviews (look at their Facebook reviews and TrustPilot reviews)
- They constantly have an 'OFFER ENDING SOON!!!!!' landing page, which just refreshes every 6 hours
- Their payments are being processed by "Course Cloud LLC" via Stripe as they were unable to get approved by Stripe as a Singapore registered business
- Dozens of forum threads (just Google Next MBA reviews) started by other disgruntled customers (much like myself) who they are REFUSING TO REFUND despite not using any of the content
They are refusing to refund me and do not reply to emails.
There is better content available for free on YouTube, save your money

I signed up for Brian Tracy’s course and it has been great.

In the first week itself, there has been a bonus lecture, fantastic marketing presentations and a LIVE class with Brian himself.

It has been a Fantastic Learning Experience so far. Thoroughly enjoying it.

The course has been really good so far! Michael Gibson has been doing a great job running the course. At the beginning, I was a bit confused about which program I was in, I think I wasn't the only one. But after a bit, they sorted things out and got me on track.
