I enjoyed the presentation. It was straight to the point and introduced me to several technologies that I was unfamiliar with. I also liked the questions related to data privacy. This is also a very important issue for me.

Take a few sessions already and its been a great way to maintain and gain more knowledge in Marketing.

I’ve been waiting for more than 2 months for the certification of the course, but they keep delaying it. I don’t know why. What happened? I paid for the course and completed the exercises within 1 year, but I’m still waiting for one e-certificate. They issued the assignment, but still don’t have time for the certification? What’s going on?

So far, excellent and useful solid content. It is always to get reminded of proven tools and methods.

The specialized lectures in the Next MBA Marketing Director course are a plus, thanks to the experience of the speakers. However, the course content becomes repetitive and basic for those who already have prior knowledge.

The most negative aspect was the administrative experience; I experienced a significant delay in being assigned to a group, which prevented me from obtaining the first certificate. In addition, the lack of follow-up to students is an aspect that needs to be improved. Next MBA's response to user complaints is unsatisfactory, which affects trust in the platform.

It would be valuable for Next MBA to review its administrative processes to provide a smoother experience for students and have more efficient customer service protocols to resolve concerns in a timely manner.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS COURSE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT SIGNING UP FOR THEIR CLASSES. I REALLY BELIEVED THAT THIS WOULD ADD VALUE TO ME, BUT AFTER PAYING FOR THE COURSE, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM FOR LITERALLY A MONTH. NO LINK, NO CLASSES, NO ID—NOTHING AT ALL. WHEN I STARTED TO FEEL THIS WAS A LITTLE SUSPECT, I CONTACTED THEM, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME MY ID AND ACCOUNT DETAILS—AFTER I HAD REACHED OUT TO THEM. I ASSUME THAT IF I HADN’T CONTACTED THEM, I WOULD HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY COURSE ENTRANCE DETAILS. I THEN POLITELY REQUESTED A REFUND. THEY SAID THEY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO PROCESS MY REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR FAULT. HOWEVER, FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW, TENS AND TENS OF EMAILS GOING BACK AND FORTH I HAVE ONLY HEARD "Finance is working on this and will respond once they decide," "Finance team does not work on weekends," OR "Finance team will process this during the week." ALL LIES!!!!! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

the presentation and the lectures are amazing

Have joined the Marketing Director course since April 2024 with the aim to refresh my existing marketing knowledge and gain some new. First modules were insightful, especially with Alev Gokce, packed with both - great theoretical info and practical, from speakers experience. Though last couple months with Gina Sherovska are a contrast, content more basic, more for people with no marketing backcground - not much value there for me. Hope upcoming modules will be with more value. But, always am looking much forward to Saturday sessions, really great speakers and content! Still some space for improvement, but thank you Next MBA for doing this!

I enjoyed Kevin Tran's (though I joined in late) and Dr Kulshrestha's sessions because they were knowledgeable about their subject matters and shared personal stories, which brought things home.

Very insightful and impactful. Some lecturers could be cleverer with the information and presentation. Feels like there is a lot of repetition.

I truly recommend everyone should sign up for this course, it is so much more than the course value. Very insightful and informative.
