Great service from start to finish. Garden gates, front door and patio doors all installed by different teams. Comms great from the office.
Needed the gates to be tweaked a few weeks after install as the latch stopped working. but was sorted really quickly. Thank you.

All the staff involved absolutely no complaints.

From start to completion the team we're very professional, friendly, polite and tidy.
They kept us informed every step of the way of what they would be doing on the day and what would be happening the following day, we've had complements most days from our neighbours and various delivery men, we're both extremely pleased.

The team arrived on time. They took down the old fence quickly and prepared the ground well.
They fitted the new posts and put in the composite panels efficiently.
All the old fencing was removed and the area cleaned before the team left.
Friends and family have commented on the huge improvement that the new fence has made to the look of the driveway.
I am very pleased with the result.

What a joke this Company is. I spent several thousand pounds on a new back gate and section of fencing. It looked great and operated fine for all of 4 days. All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, it started to stick when opening and closing. Spoke to Next Gen who charged me £89 before they would send a fitter on the understanding it could be refunded after inspection. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes by simply adjusting the hinge bolt. They have refused a refund saying I must have slammed it or the wind caught it. IT'S A GATE AND IS DESIGNED TO BE OPENED AND CLOSED!!!. Maybe even be operated in bad weather and even in windy conditions, not that we've had any.
I have to assume that either their gate and hinges are not fit for purpose. Or, the Company cares not a jot for customer satisfaction and service. Shame because, after reading previous reviews, I thought Next Generation HAD a good reputation.
Later On Reported, following the repair that gate was sticking again. Fitter is visiting again next week.
Hopefully I can delete this negative missive if I get a positive outcome next week.

Engineer arrived and re-adjusted the top hinge. Hopefully for the final time.

Due to the weather which NG have no control over the work took longer than should do, Good communication throughout and the end product looks great just waiting for some blocks to be painted due to extra blocks having to be purchased which didn’t quite match. This as been done and the colour now matches but due to the rain that day have dried speckled so awaiting repaint when they are in the area and the weather dry.
I would recommend Next Generation hopefully the bad weather back log has improved now .

We had the composite fencing done 7 panels, the 2 lads came,and in no time got the job done all so took the old fence away
No mess .would recommend the company.

Great product, friendly workers and looks amazing on the drive

There were two different teams of staff working on my driveway from Next Generation: a ground work team who did all the preparation, and the resin team. Although spaced over a couple of months due to inclement weather the staff were here for 6 days, laying the resin itself in just over 6 1/2 hours on the final day - an amazing achievement as it is a big plot.

Before that the ground work team had left me with a clean prepared area with a cement pour on it, which looked smart in itself and was fully usable within 48 hours. However, the completed resin finish looks stunning.

I opted for anthracite for the main, with a paler edge to give the drive definition against the house, fence and new kerb stones they laid in a sweeping curve setting the garden border off perfectly.

The quality of the finish is lovely. The teams were exceptionally tidy, cleaning up after themselves and ensuring the finished job was as hoped. It is more than that!

I would happily recommend Next Generation, and indeed have,
to both family and friends.

Staff were knowledgable and friendly throughout the whole process, work was completed on time to a high standard, with any issues identified and resolved quickly.

Everyone I spoke to at Next Generation was polite, cheerful and helpful, everyone who came to the house from sales, survey and the fitters were all on time.
The fitters worked really hard despite the weather and nothing was to much trouble and best of all the new garage doors look good and work a treat.

This is the 2nd time I had this company, the Drive in july 2019, the side passageway and the back garden patio area which was done may 2026,the service of the staff were excellent and very friendly,also the lads i have to say did a brilliant job on all, highly recommended, very pleased what they done....thank you

We recently had some high quality composite fencing installed from these guys. Great communication from start to finish. Very pleased with the overall results and would highly recommend.

The resin driveway and patio look fantastic. The staff were all excellent, including the office staff and manual workers. The quality of the work is exceptional. The base layer is very deep and substantial and covers a very large area. The resin came in a wide variety of colours meaning that we could have a good contrast.
Communication was excellent from start to finish with all stages clearly explained.

We recently had composite fencing installed by Next Generation. The 2 man team that did the job were very professional, friendly and polite. The service from start to finish was excellent and the product is of very high quality. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a resin driveway laid by Next Generation.
Unfortunately due to the wet weather in January and February the work could not be completed as planned. We were kept fully informed by phone and letter about updates.
The preparation work was a 2 day job.The first day was sunny and good progress was made.The heavens opened on the second day.Dispite all the installers efforts the new steps were damaged by the rain water,and, had to be relaid.
The drive was finally laid in March.The team laying the resin did a great job.The final result has been admired by several passers-by.
We are very happy with our new resin drive and would recommend New Generation for new drive installation. The company were very thorough on every part of the process.

This is the second time I have used next generation. I had a patio done in resin and the following year I asked them back to complete my garden with two further paths. I am really pleased with the work and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Jill Hastings.
