The woman in Florida who took my call was and efficient when I could hear and understand her. She talked too fast and with her high voice, it was hard for an older person to hear and understand her. She had said those same words and had become robotic instead of personally talking to me. This is common in call centers. She did a good job after I asked her to repeat what she had said. I've been a customer service consultant for 35 years and I want to help your people be"real" and caring with their customers, not robots in dealing with customers. That's why I answered this survey.

The prices have gone excessively high! I know what you pay for standard process and how much you a marking it up. I use to be a practitioner. I never charged a full markup. I feel you can pass value to your customer by giving a better rate than you are giving.
Your service of sending out the items is well done expediently with solid packing and packaging. This says value but not the price on the product.

I used to love NHC. Because of their reasonable prices, rewards program, and sales, I would not buy my supplements anywhere else. However, they have changed in nearly every way. Subscribe and Save is their new default and I can't tell you how many times I mistakenly clicked on that one. I think that's deceptive. Their sitewide sales are not what they used to be - 20% off is now only with spending a huge amount of money. The sales are also few and far between, unlike in years past. Otherwise it's 15% or even just 10%. Their point system is nothing like it used to be. Honestly, I've started going to iHerb and some other places to get good discounts. Breaks my heart to do so.
