NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had been a consistent customer for several years. Recently I needed to make a return and encountered Natalie the NHC AI assistant. Worst experience ever!!! Not only could it not find my order after I repeatedly supplied every detail from order # to zip code but a request for a human response took nearly a week with a promise of full refund 3 days after receipt. After I sent it back I received no notice that they received it. After about a week I contacted NHC and again encountered Natalie with the same inept results as before. After I called and left a message, I never heard back from anyone but eventually got an email from PayPal saying my refund would be made by the end of the month. I never heard from NHC and finally had to check my credit card statement to see if the refund had been made. I decided that this type of customer service wasn’t acceptable and decided to no longer order from them.

I have been ordering from them for a long time and really appreciate the speed and great service.

The new site is more complicated, making it difficult to see my subscriptions and change them. I liked the way the previous way the the pages loaded so all the options were visible, instead of a few items at the top that may obscure all the options. Rewards have been reduced making one wonder about the utility of this site.

I have switched from purchasing all my health care products from brick & mortar health food stores to ordering online using NHC. NHC stocks every product I need and I trust the quality of their services and products! Early on, I had a few struggles navigating the system, but customer service was so helpful. The struggles were entirely of my own inexperience. That is why I mention this…because customer service was so supportive and friendly. I will continue making all my supplements and beauty products from NHC!

Have been shopping here for over 15 yrs with no issues. Lately it’s not the same story. Orders are put into auto refill and you have to remember to manually change them to one time delivery. Ended up accidentally having auto refill on last couple orders. You are notified after the order has processed and you have been charged so no way to change anything before order processed. Have also had a lot of trouble logging into my account. I don’t use SHOP and it defaults into that mode of verification and won’t let me proceed with my email and password as verification. I’ve tried all sorts of ways around SHOP and I’m not able to log in and check past purchases or anything. With the long delivery time for the free shipping im thinking about finding someone else for supplements.
the worst part is trying to get their AI to understand my complaint.
