Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
I have never received such excellent customer service from anywhere. The necklace was too long and didn’t suit me so I rang and explained the problem. I found a shorter chain so I sent the original one back. Rob was so helpful. He found a suitable replacement chain and sent me a video to show me what it looks like. He also rang to check I was happy with the new chain. Thank you so much.

Lovely jewellery and excellent customer service.
Bought a lovely silver necklace here at a good price. Unfortunately the clasp was too small for my arthritic fingers to manage. This was no problem , I returned it and a new larger clasp was fitted. The service throughout was pleasant, helpful and speedy. I will definitely shop here again.

Wonderful personal service end to end

We were then able to select a lab grown diamond to our preferences.
Finally she was as excited about the ring as us when it was finished and we made an appointment to collect it.
