We have been trying to get a settlement fee to get a lease extension so we can sell our property and move into a new one. This one thing is holding up our entire chain. We have contacted to start this process over 2 months ago, with a 4 week SLA. We chase everyday to hear that we cannot speak to anyone as they are in meetings.
This is completely unacceptable to hold clients hostage with your inability to meet your SLAs. I have worked in customer service at the executive level for the past 10 years and never have I dealt with such neglect to the customer journey, considering we are willing customers who just want to give you money and move on!
We will be contacting the ombudsman or relevant regulatory board by close of play today should we still hear nothing from the team following 3 days of contact BY US multiple times a day with no response.

I’m leaving this review based on my personal experience as a current tenant.
From the moment I moved in, my flat had no electricity, and I received no support from the letting agency to resolve the issue. Communication has been unprofessional, including being contacted outside of business hours.
I have a leak in my property that has gone unresolved for over 7 weeks, and some of my neighbours have been dealing with similar issues for over 6 months. Maintenance requests are rarely addressed properly.
The agency claims that negative reviews about their service are fake, but in my experience, they are genuine, as I have experienced the same poor treatment.
Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise tenants to avoid this letting agency, as there are other agencies in Liverpool that are far more professional.
Update:
After I posted this review, the agency contacted me directly. Despite me clearly stating multiple times that I preferred to communicate by email, they continued to insist on speaking to me in person to “refute” my comments. I found this interaction uncomfortable and felt pressured to engage in a way I had already declined. This reinforced my concerns about the agency’s overall professionalism and communication style.
My Response:
I am disappointed to read this reply, as it does not reflect the reality of my experience as a current tenant.
To clarify:
• I have never been rude, aggressive, or disrespectful to any staff member. All my communication has been limited to raising concerns about ongoing damp, mould, and repairs that have remained unresolved for weeks.
• At no point did I “demand” internal decoration before roof repairs. I only asked for basic clarification on the order of works because the property has been affected by damp since I moved in.
• The suggestion that I refused multiple visits is also untrue. I have always made the property available for repairs when I was given reasonable notice and clear information.
• The issues raised in my original review remain unresolved, and the conditions in the property continue to affect my day-to-day living.
I am sharing my experience as truthfully and calmly as possible, and I stand by my original review. I would welcome respectful, transparent communication going forward, as well as timely action to address the outstanding issues with the property.

Love my apartment, renewed for another year. the amenities and property management are very high standard.
I was reluctant to reserve a property I never saw in person, but they provide that much information, pictures and videos it was like I was in the flat from my phone.
Been here a month now and their staff know their stuff. Nothing is too much trouble.
Recently moved into a property with Nicholson lettings, their whole process was too easy. Gareth the property manager was outstanding and very helpful.
The moving in process was quick and easy thanks to the team being so helpful.
Awful. Just awful. Never repairs, tries to charge the life out of you after robbing your deposit. Nearly £400 for a broken door. Absolute piss take
