Disappointing. We went for lunch on a bank holiday Monday. The website says "Please note that not all live cooking stations are open for lunch, and the dishes available may vary."
However, *none* of the live cooking stations were open - no seafood, no roast, no sushi, no teppanyaki, no paella, no dim sum, no chocolate fountain. There were a couple of pizzas being cooked (about one every half an hour)
Basically it was just an expensive Chinese lunch buffet. The food available wasn't bad, but massively overpriced given everything else was closed. Can't see us going back any time soon.

A large group of children and adults (38 in total!) really enjoyed it!!! All freshly cooked, place very clean. With plenty of choice and delicious puddings everyone was really happy

Card machine not accepting contactless and not pin for some customers I tried 4 different cards which were different banks - visa debit, MasterCard debit and visa credit (at least 4 customers also had issues with card machine that I observed) reception lady was rude and blunt just repeating -
Would you like a receipt and declined on every attempt. No apology no support.

I asked as I didn't carry the card to try the other card machine downstairs on the bar she looked at me blankly and never really answered. She said she had an alternative option and then asked if I could type in the card number. I reminded her I didn't have my card.

After messing around waiting about 25 minutes and being ignored while she served some customers (who had cash or one gent who managed chip and pin although another gent couldn't) as the queue was building and she clearly had no idea what to do she then said my card was the problem ... not her card machine so we left.

Customers services is shocking

Not the same as year's ago wend the staff was motivated the food was amazing with verity and quality.
Now is dead 💀 people working scratch the nose and the food at the same time.
Bad option on dessert really despondent.

Food was great, The waitress was great. Felixs always approached us and always asking us if we need anything, Felisberto was awesome.
Receptionist at the first entrance, no smile, a bit ruth, no friendly at all.

We went with 25 family members and paid £50 extra for a private room which was very cramped. The food, except the deserts, was terrible. The meat was of inferior quality, tough and gristly, the rice was cold and oily, everyone in our party was disappointed with the food. I had a piece of pitza and some deserts. At £25 a head I expected better. The staff were very polite and quick to clear the plates away, but it didn’t make up for the poor quality of the food.

Had high expectations I think from experiencing other buffet places in the past. It is a Sunday so maybe buffet is limited. Mostly Chinese food rather than a global food experience. Small curry selection of about 3 a korma, tikka Marsala and a mushroom madras. The Tikka was a watery sauce with no taste. Lots of things had run out. No sushi left, no duck etc. I wouldn’t go again now that I have been.

Very nice clean looking restaurant and nice staff. However, on my visit around 40% of the food was unavailable so if you didn't want chinese the option was very limited.
No meats other than the Chinese or a small curry options. Most of the options tastes nice but were barely Luke warm.
No chocolate fountain, no sauces, no cream for the deserts. Very disappointed seen as we paid full price and we barely ate.

We visited Cambridge branch for my daughters birthday, wasn't happy with the way we were greeted, not the friendliest. We explained our 2 yr old hardly eats anything and was reluctant to pay 6.99 for him, they said they could do it for 4.50, on website it says lowest is 4.00 but I didn't realise till later they charged me 6.99.
They said if he eats anything then they charge. He had 4 chicken nuggets. Was happy to pay 4.00 but not 6.99.
I dont think 10.99 is worth the money when most of the extras were closed. The pizzas were awfull just covered in onion and veg.
Positive was the food that was there was lovely and good variety but still not worth 10.99, and the 2 and under price has really annoyed me.
Think it would be good for the evening when everything is open

Good food and hot and the drinks were expensive £12 for two drinks , the price for 5:30 sitting was £35 for the two of us , my fault I should’ve asked the price , I assumed it would’ve been like most all you can eat at around £9 - £12 but that was mega price of £35 , and I don’t think we’ll go again , but the staff and food was excellent to be fair but value for money it was poor .

Took my son for a 9th birthday treat, on arrival its states free birthday meal, so he was super excited. While paying I explained it was a birthday meal and was told no sorry need to be 6 or more of you, very sad little man not to be acknowledged. Avoid this dirty overpriced place with food standard and hygiene issues. Rude staff, don't get an hello, or welcome and goodbye. Been here a few times this was the worst visit. Pink chicken, cola that tasted nasty and when I finished I had bits in the glass, I believe from the lines. Won't ever be going back,

Fantastic food selection greatly improved from the previous business years. Staff make you feel welcomed and are happy to help and assist when needed

Hygiene!!! Went with family daughter informed me The ladies toilets had no toilet seats, excrement up the wall toilet pans covered in excrement..mens toilets filthy as well, food counters filthy, food looked disgusting never again

Visited the Cambridge Branch on October 1st 2021 we were a party of 10 and the Restaurant ran out of deserts YES the desert bar was empty !!!! Many food items were out when we went to get them and the quality of the food Most of if at least was just not up to standards ...This place has to Change !!!!!! Please don't waste your money

The attention to detail has fallen drastically. Not the place I remember it to be.

Front of house manager require to be retrained or removed. Clearly does not understand the business side let alone the customer side. Contractors, security other attend near to end of shift for food. Does not look good.

The place does not require a revamped but they could invest in ensuring all bulbs are replaced (even the bar).

Would consider hygiene to be 1* out of 5*. Dirty trolleys, no cleaning of surfaces especially during these times now. Toilets are pretty disgusting and outside is storage area of consumables.

No bar service or table service for drinks.

Would not spend money there again.

Terrible food. As a vegetarian very few options. At Teppanyaki counter the chef was using the same cooking equipment for the both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Very unhygienic. One star only for the chocolate fountain.

Going downhill fast!

Swansea restaurant doesn’t offer dim-sum even though it appears on promotional material.

Good afternoon. My husband and I was in Nines yesterday for a dinner, and the food was horrible, the tasted was terrible, and we also found a cockroach on the table. At the time we got up and left. This morning my husband and I woke up with terrible diarrhea! I would like to know what can be done about it. This is unacceptable.

Delicious food and a huge variety! We often go here for birthdays or family meals; the Swansea branch has lovely staff, it’s clean and the food is delicious! Sometimes your curry maybe a little watery or a dish a little dry but it’s affordable and tasty!
