Purchased an earpiece for a sepura airwave radio, they were very vague on the description which seems to be a common theme from reading the reviews. The earpiece didnt have the right connection for a sepura airwave radio as they mentioned in the advert so i requested a refund, even though the item hadnt been used they refused. They know a large number of people will buy their null and void ear pieces due to how non specific the description is and they dont offer a refund on a non opened item due to “hygeine”, what a scam. Dont bother buying from them

Cheapest around for Magnum Strike Force 6.0 Safety Boots - WP CT SZ. Good selection of sizes and stock unlike most retailers. Item arrived next working day and the boots were brand new, with tags as expected. Can't fault the service

I bought a pair of Blueline 8" Waterproof All Leather Patrol Boots and they lasted less than 6 months but I have been busy and unable to make contact with the company they have split at the back of the boot please do not buy and be disappointed

I purchased the Blueline Extended Grip Rigid Handcuffs, and I regret it. I was eager to try them out but dropped them just one night after getting them, and they stopped working completely. I expected them to last longer, especially since I ordered them two weeks ago.
In contrast, l've had a different pair for over 10 years. I've dropped them multiple times, and they still work perfectly to this day. I suggest investing in a more durable option instead of these cheap handcuffs. Save yourself the hassle and find a pair that truly lasts!

Brilliant customer service

Issues with payment system. Two payments went through for one order. I was told the second payment would be refunded but I have waited a month so far and they are not responding to emails now.

Fast delivery. Great item. A lovely touch having a little bag of haribo in the package.

As a first responder I have bought several products over the last six months or so from this company. The quality and service has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a pair of black Police trousers in a 36" waist and a regular length. This was done following the sites own sizing reference table. When the trousers arrived, the waist measured 33" and the inside leg almost 35", so i requested a return and exchange, and paid the carriage at £4.60!

Today i received an email stating that the order was ready to ship, how would i like to pay the carriage - at £5.95. So let me get this right, I paid the carriage for the original order (lets say £6), plus the return carriage at £4.60, plus they want ME to pay the exchange carriage of £4.95. So £15.55 in carriage costs? These suddenly became a very expensive pair of work trousers, at which point i cancelled the order.

Will I use the company again - NO! I feel like i've been ripped off.

I've used Niton999 for a number of years and have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact I often recommend them to colleagues and friends. I've always found the products high quality and competitively priced.

Purchased an alarm that unfortunately was faulty. Contacted the firm and a replacement was sent out in a few days. Excellent customer service.

Poor descriptions for products. Customer service is the absolute bare minimum they can get away with.
