Thanks for your review — we’d like to clarify the timeline, as it doesn’t reflect the communication we’ve had:

You first contacted us on 23rd June to report a missing order.

We responded within 24 hours (on 24th June) and immediately re-sent a replacement, which was delivered on 25th June (Royal Mail tracking confirms this). We also emailed you to let you know, but didn’t hear back.

You then placed a second order for a different product on 18th July, which was delivered by Amazon Logistics on 19th July.

We’ve never been out of stock, and we respond to all customer emails within one working day.

I’m really sorry to hear this — I can completely understand how frustrating the experience must have been for you. When we first launched, we had a few teething issues with our customer service system and, honestly, some messages slipped through the cracks. That’s on us. We’ve since fixed the issue and now respond to every enquiry the same day.

I just wanted to reassure you that your subscription has been fully cancelled, your order refunded, and we also sent out a free product as a small apology.

It’s a real shame to hear the supplements didn’t work for you. Everyone’s body is different, and for some people, especially depending on where your baseline levels are, it can take a bit longer to feel a shift — but I totally understand how frustrating that is when you were hoping for more.
