Horrible cheap nasty products.
Not worth the extortionate prices they charge.

I ordered some boots and they stink of chemicals, they are made of cheap plastic and are VERY badly made.
They look NOTHING like the advertisement.
Disgusting company robbing people of their money and then making it very difficult to get a refund.

I don't know if the company is stuck in the 1950's, if they're clever thieves or if they are just totally incompetent, but their whole system of selling clothes is horrible. The only thing that works well is giving them money. That happens instantaneously, of course. If you want money (or exchanges) back from them, you have to fill out forms, on paper and/or on their website, and wait for a check sent to you by mail, which they say could take 6-8 weeks. If you want to return or exchange something, or if you happen to push the button to join their ridiculous "Rewards Program", you are screwed. Everything they do is extremely slow. They're very good at sucking money out of you. I think their strategy is to wear you down so you don't bother them anymore. I spent 2 months and over $40 on all this crap and have nothing to show for it. What a waste of time and energy. Don't bother unless you're positive the clothes will fit and you're willing to pay the initial shipping fee.

Wrong sizes, shocking quality, REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND,

My experience with this company has been just the opposite from these recent negative reviews. I returned a pair of pants for an exchange (handled by phone with a very helpful agent). I later ordered several shirts - all beautifully wrapped and the delivery handled in a timely fashion. The clothes I ordered did tend to be a bit large and I am a little disappointed that there haven’t been company responses to these negative reviews. But for me, I have been completely satisfied with my transactions.

This company is bogus. They will sell you China knockoff crap that looks absolutely nothing like what is pictured on their website. Then they will only offer a partial refund or force you to pay to ship it back to China. Do not buy from them. They are thieves.

DO NOT USE! Items cannot be returned and they do all they can to get out of it! Items poor quality and oversized.

I ordered and received three items from Northstyle and had to return all three, as the sizing was all over the place! It took over two months to receive my refund, which I only received after contacting them multiple times inquiring the status of my refund. I asked to be removed from the mailing list when I learned the normal time to credit one for returns was SIX WEEKS!!! Had I not kept the paperwork documenting my return, I know that I never would have been refunded the $161.84 they held onto before I contacted them.

The item I received was not at all what was advertised. Very cheap and poorly made. I returned it on April 20, 2026, they received it on April 27. It has been almost 4 months and I still have not received my refund. A complete scam

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORTHSTYLE! Should be called rip off style. If possible I would mark this as a -1. Merchandise took forever to arrive, poor quality and terrible customer service.

Florida has Sales Tax Holidays every year. For a period of time, many items are exempt from Sales Tax. Clothing items under $100 are exempt right now. NorthStyle charged me sales tax anyhow. I asked for a refund. I have not received one. I received automated non-responsive replies from the CRM. I was required to call. I could not seem to get the CSR to understand what it means that there is no sales tax for everyone in the ENTIRE STATE of Florida on these items at this time. I sent them a PDF from the state with all the details, but they cannot read a PDF. That's difficult to believe.

Order arrived 2 days ahead. Measured a 12 in clam diggers but ordered a 10. Fit perfect and loved the fabric, style and quality.

Delivery took so long that it arrived after the wedding. The item was nothing like the picture or description, cheap thin, more like a shirt than a blazer. The sizing was terrible. When I emailed advising not as described and poor quality got an email requesting photos so they can improve in future - nothing about the refund I requested. Do not buy from this company.

Wish that Zero stars was an option! Just DON’T DO IT!!! Do not order from this company! I promise you that whatever you see on their site is better on Amazon! $17 shipping at purchase. Product was garbage! $14 return shipping. They are making a killing off of just shipping and returns! You don’t even have to keep the crappy product and they make money!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Nothing short of a scam! The fabric quality is appalling & not at all like the photos. Coarse & doesn't flow. Not to mention the nightmare trying to return& get a refund.

I ordered two different dresses in 2 sizes each. Big mistake. Although the dresses were nice enough (after a long wait for them being "backordered) they just didn't work for me. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping but they deducted 13.95 from the refund price of EACH DRESS. Lesson learned...Never again!

Jacket was suppose to be leather. label says spandex and polyester. Also it didn't fit as was way to small. So thin that it fitted through the letterbox. Obviously wanted to return it and said we had to return it to china at our cost. This site is a scam. Return postage is costing half the price of the Jacket. Sites like this should not be able to exist.

received wrong shoes of wrong size.They demand to accept voucher if I purchase something else from them and keep this useless pair of shoes of very questionsble quality, by the way.Avoid....

It cost me $30.00 to try on a shirt that I had to return. Never order from this company. I had to pay to ship the shirt to me and also had to pay to ship it back because the size was not the right fit. Again never order from this company!

Cheap, flimsy, polyester material in garments..Northstyle lost a good customer..
