I bought 2 horizontal radiators from Heat Electric hoping to heat the downstairs of my house more efficiently and it’s the best decision I’ve made these radiators are great!

Excellent very hard working. quality workmanship, just what we were looking for.

Our new radiators and Sunamp heat battery were installed in May 2023. The Heat Electric representative measured everything up but he listened to us. He understood our concerns about the very cold areas of our apartment and upped the radiator sizes as we requested. On the day of installation everything was completed in a very timely and efficient manor. No mess. Not a drop of water spilt on removing a huge water cylinder to install the Sunamp heat battery. Very neat job. Radiator removal and installation all made good by the electricians. We are now experimenting with the radiators and programming as we have now begun to use them. The online videos are a great help to understand the programming sequences for the radiators. Great instant hot water whenever we need it with the Sunamp heat battery. We’re really happy with our installation which took place in May 2023 and would certainly recommend Heat Electric to other people.

We decided to push the boat out and go for their full eco system, my husband wanted to get off gas partly because of a leak in pipes buried in the kitchen floor. From start to finish fantastic service. The installation was efficient, clean and tidy. We had a Sunamp, 5 Elkatherm Radiators and solar panels fitted. Heat Electric installed the innovative and space saving SunAmp as a replacement for our hot water emersion tank. Their team couldn't have been pleasant and professional, going the extra mile to ensure that the result we got was what we had hoped for.

We had three new German made heaters provided by this company- They were the best ones available in our opinion, competitive in price but a better range and guarantee compared to the others we looked at. Everything done in one day, old ones taken away, new ones fitted, no trouble. My neighbour recommended them and we would definitively do so too.

I recently had installed electric heaters by this company in my bedrooms and living room.
I was really impressed with the range of the heaters this company offer. I went for coloured heaters which added a modern and contemporary feel to my property.
The ladies in office are wonderful, friendly and put me at ease. There was no hard sell and no pressure put on me. The day of installation was fantastic. The guys who came to my property, were friendly and extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how everything worked.

We have had our entire gas central heating and boiler replaced by Sunamp & ELKATHERM radiators- a total pf 11 radiators and a boiler It took less than 5 days. Everyone involved in the project was professional, reliable, friendly, flexible and our home was left neat and tidy. If we had a third home we would ask Heat Electric to do it again.

We invited three companies to quote but the others were from miles away and we always try and use local companies because they tend to care more. Steve, Ethan and Liam worked so hard and fitted everything even staying late to get everything done. Highly recommend.

This company came and quoted us for a SUNAMP and their ELKATherm ceramic core radiators throughout our bungalow. The sales rep was friendly, helpful and I have no doubt would have done a great job. However, the premium you pay for this company to provide and install these products is incredible. We have since had a SUNAMP installed for approximately two thirds of what we were quoted by this company several months ago, and we installed a higher capacity model than was quoted for. You can easily find the product itself for near £2,000 online, £195 for additional parts and any competent plumber / electrician is able to install, it cost us about £400 labour all in. SUNAMP themselves as a company are very helpful in this regard and installation manuals are readily available, they even have a video showing ease of install. The electric radiators is much the same story, we were quoted A LOT of money for seven radiators in the bungalow by this company. Other online companies who would supply only have quoted around the £4,500 mark for the seven radiators in similar colours. The radiators we will get are not exactly the same but are comparable in their technology (also German made, ceramic core, compatible with wifi etc) and with a superior warranty. Our electrician wired in the fused spurs required for £500. This comes in well under half what was quoted by Northwest Heating Solutions. I hope these numbers help someone, I would have been very grateful to have this information prior to having them come round for 1.5 hours! It is very difficult to get a feel for how much these new systems are going to cost. However, clearly getting electric heating and electric domestic hot water does not need to cost the amount of money that this company will lead you to believe.

Would highly recommend this firm and the equipment fitted. Staff were polite and professional. Work done within the house was done efficiently and the house was left clean and tidy on completion. The heaters themselves are efficient and easily controlled by app or manually. We find the system is surprisingly economic to run and seems well worth the money. Point to note,recommend building is well insulated before installing heating system. Thanks again Northwest heating.

I had my Sunamp installed yesterday (21/04/22). This is the second time that I have used North West Heating Solutions as I had electric thermostat controlled radiators installed in 2019.
The process from start to finish was very clear with no pressure and no selling tactics. Gary came to do the survey and he was very polite and professional.
On the day of the Sunamp, the guys, Mike, Nathan and Luke were here at the time I was informed that they should arrive. I got an excellent and fabulous service from all three guys. They went above and beyond. The guys were very friendly, highly efficient and professional. Mike showed me how the Sunamp works and what to do if I get a leak. They were all very clean and tidy.

Mike and Kyle fitted a hot water system at my property they went above and beyond in doing so as they also improving fittings already at my home that were not very well done and they made everything safe and sturdy.

Whole process was very clear. No pressure was put on us to make this purchase. After 3 weeks we are very satisfied with our Sunamp boiler. We have gained space in our boiler room and saved money on our electricity. The workmen were very pleasant and left the whole space clean and tidy. Highly recommended company.

I highly recommend this company, from start to finish they have been excellent. We have had a Sunamp heating solution fitted and the whole process ran without a hitch. From the initial contact with the office staff to the fitters (George, Ian, Mike and Kyle) who were extremely pleasant and obviously highly skilled at their job. The installation was complete in a day and each step was thoroughly explained and I was consulted at every step to ensure I was happy. An un-foreseen issue (not as a result of their work) with a shower in the house was identified and Mike and Kyle returned two days later to fix it and again did a fantastic job. In all well worth the 5 star recommendation and I would not hesitate to use them again.
