DO NOT TRUST Now finance
Now Finance have ratings through Clearscore, they rate you excellent then when you apply they deny A loan, I tested the application process it is absolute RUBBISH! DO NOT TRUST NOW finance. the application process alone should give you red flags! Beware of this company! I have an excellent credit rating and dont need the finance but Clearscore should also be held accountable for the reccomendations!

In general terms, NOW Finance must apply strict adherence to the responsible lending guidelines of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act) when conducting any application assessment.
Our primary obligation is to ensure the consumer can meet the obligations of the contract without any undue hardship. Clearscore are not a credit provider and any information that Clearscore provide to you is based on minimal information they obtain. A credit provider has the responsibility to complete a thorough credit assessment of the consumer’s financial position.
We conduct a detailed assessment which is not solely related to one factor i.e. credit score. As we can’t locate you on our system, please call us directly on 1300 275 669 to discuss your concerns so we can assist you.

Twice we have sent in a direct debit form to change banks and they don't seem yo be processing them as they keep taking the payments from the wrong account and putting the account overdrawn and then we have to pay more money to bring it back up and pay the overdrawn fee. Not good enough

Great Service with a competitive rate!
Great service from beginning to the end and a really competitive rate. We went to our bank, standard big four and found there service was lacking and a rate that was nearly twice as much as NOW were offering. Grea to see NOW keeping the big 4 on their toes.

Customer service.
Customer service was great. It was relatively easy and quick to be approved and even quicker to see the funds in my account after approval. the only reason they dont get 5 stars is the interest rate is a bit high. I was given 18% whereas i found 16% elsewhere. however they wanted a payment upfront. i guess the 18% makes up for no upfront costs
