Excellent customer service
The Customer Service representative was extremely helpful and professional, they were friendly and proactive and assisted me to have my loan finalised promptly and the process was smooth and the website made it easy to upload documents and signing.

Quick and easy process
I have always had trouble getting loans through normal banks despite having a full time job and a very good credit score. NOW Finance was my last ditch effort to try and upgrade our family car.
The process was smooth from start to finish. I completed the application in my lunch break and had the money the next day.
