Very responsive, awesome ingredients and incredible packaging!

Every few weeks I think I’ll be fine without taking them and after a few days of feeling even more vague than normal I start again.
I’m 43 and just recently diagnosed with ADD.
Taking these supplements is one of my strategies.
It’s been about 6 months now. I don’t normally stick at things so long.

I have been taking Nu Mind supplements for the last 3 months and I cannot tell you how much it has improved my own wellbeing. Not only have I seen daily stress decline over time of taking these supplements, I've also noticed the vast improvement of sleep. The price may seem high at initial glance but I can't tell you how much I've noticed a change in my own lifestyle.

Since taking the supplements I feel much more in the moment, like I can feel the smile on my face return.
My head is a lot less busy, normally when I’m at any sort of gathering my inner monologue is really loud but with the supplements I can be more present.
I’ve also noticed my eyebrow hair and beard are thicker.

Great Product! Been using it now for a couple of weeks and I have really noticed a difference with my day to day anxiety and stress levels. The guides as well that come free also give you the knowledge along side the supplements which I believe has been the reason why this product works so well.

Love this product! The fact that the supplements addresses physical AND mental wellbeing is great. Also, the convenience of having all the tablets in one sachet means I don't have the hassle of opening and storing different vitamins and remembering to take them! I have had a few stressful weeks at work and taking these supplements have had a noticeable effect on how I approach these situations....a general feeling of calm and feeling better in myself.
