Received limited edition Spider-Man PS5 24 hours after I ordered it. Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would, ordered an SSD that never arrived. Finally managed to get someone who works for NXTech to confirm they had botched my delivery address and woukd resend to me with 24 hiur tracked delivery onky to receive and email an hour later telling me my order had been cancelled

Great company, quality product competitively priced, speedy delivery and good customer service.
What more could you want? I don't buy from Amazon just direct which feels a bit worrying sometimes (although the risk is the same!) and I fully recommend this company.

Ordered a Xbox One Hori Racing Wheel Overdrive which was sold out everywhere. I placed the order on Thursday with estimated delivery on Tuesday and it arrived early on Monday afternoon!

I had pre-ordered 2 playstation 5’s from this company. They have emailed me today (2 days before release of the ps5) to tell me they would have to cancel one of the orders due to Sony’s regulations which is fair. I would urge anyone who is thinking of buying from this company to be aware of the fact this is a small company there for they are highly unorganised and there will be a massive lack of transparency between them and you the consumer. I’m not down and out a console and won’t be able to try snatch one up on release day as I will no doubt be waiting days for my refund. They should have informed me of this weeks ago (preferably within a short time frame after ordering two consoles). I have no idea how good the company will be at upholding my first order now but due to anyone thinking of ordering from here are aware they will be unorganised and will be hard to have a communication line with them, I am unable to affirm other people who are saying that they are a scam as if it was a scam they would have taken my money and ran.

Fraudulent. Cancelled my order after accepting payment. Terrible customer service, total lack of competence. 1 star is being generous.

Incredible service.

Ordered a PSVR on Saturday and and emailed to check that it would be dispatched on Mon Morning for Tuesday delivery (as this was the service I opted to pay for).

Within an hour I had an email ensuring me that it would be delivered on Tuesday.

Arrived before 10AM - which was impressive.

Cheaper than anywhere else on the Internet and incredibly quick service.
