It seems that there is only one IT specialist in this office who is capable of solving complex problems – the rest simply throw up their hands and prefer to steer clear of issues relating to the merged Virgin Media company. I needed a help with the access to VM account because my old email address was blocked and I lost the connection.
It is really unclear why these two companies merged together if it is not possible to access broadband account with one Virgin Media O2 ID. I have spent today for more then one hour in the office waiting for one IT worker who has proper IT skills to help customers and who helped me with the same issue in June 2026. But he had to solve some hard issue with another customer that was going for more then one hour!!!... So I just gave up waiting... So it seems that O2 has an issue with hiring IT professionals who would had a proper knowledge about how Virgin Media O2 sites are working. But so far it looks like the majority of staff in the office has no clue about it.

Wasima was very good and i was without service for six weeks as i was abroad and my phone was having issues, she fixed that instantly and really made my day i am so grateful I was not able to receive calls for a long time and she has solved all my issues straight away.

Pablo, service specialist at O2...was professional and friendly all the way...managed to fix my issue..however a funny situation..i thought my 2nd screen of the mobile was not working..Pablo was doing all he can to replace the new mobile...but what actually happrned the screen protector was still on which made the situation hilarious! Abdulkarim was really helpful in sorting out my issue. Knows what he’s doing , very knowledgeable and experienced - couldn’t recommend more!
However the store assistant store manager in west field White City, was really unhelpful asking for a bunch of documents difficult for me to get. Wasn’t understanding of the situation and despite speaking to customer service. Terrible service from him but 5*s from Abdulkarim.
