The actual product we’ve received is great it was just the very misleading delivery time that was originally quoted……but I will say oak furniture house we’re pretty good at informing me of delay although it was more often prompted by me asking!!

Despite a prolonged delivery schedule for my garden furniture that was due to the difficult nature of last year, I received excellent up to date communication from Sam and Oak Furniture House. Delivery chap was brilliant and the product was perfect.

Avoid this company and go elsewhere!
Very poor communication - I’ve had to call them weekly for updates about my furniture and have been continually fobbed off with excuses. They may be genuine but I’m past caring.
2 months after the delivery date and still no sign of any furniture so I have cancelled my order.
Quite simply, awful service so save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Had a terrible experience with this Company. I pre-ordered a rattan garden dining set in March which took 5 months to arrive! I was told the reason for the delay was the Covid Pandemic and 'the situation in the Suez Canal'. However my friend ordered 2 sets of rattan garden furniture from 2 different Companies (1 for her home and 1 for her caravan) at exactly the same time as myself but received both of them a full 2 months before mine arrived. I was also promised 2 man delivery as a goodwill gesture because of the delay which I never received. When my furniture was eventually delivered by ONE man the cover which I ordered with the set was no-where to be seen. When I phoned to chase that up I was told that they are posted out separately from a different warehouse and it would take 5 working days to be delivered. This was not the case so yet another phone call to chase it up and this time I was told that 'there was an issue' with the cover to which I enquired why a replacement wasn't sent out automatically to then be told that the whole batch of covers were faulty. I eventually received a cover a full week later which was a generic cover and not the Maze one that I had been expecting. I would absolutely not recommend this Company to my worst enemy!!

Ordered the Nova Chelsea in June and after some issues with availability and transit delays, that are outwith their control, I complained & I was dealt with by the Director, who has been fantastic.
Arrived yesterday and in time for the sun to shine! Love it.

I am pleased that my research into (7 drawer) oak chests of drawers finally led me to this company. It looked as if their product stood above others in terms of quality and good value at the price. It most definitely does. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a garden corner sofa set, had to chase delivery and when it finally arrived only half of the sofa was in the box. I phoned and was told to send in claim with photos, which I did but still no response. I’ve since emailed and continued to phone but again no response. Will have to claim back via credit card provider under section 75 if no resolution, which I doubt there will be. Disgraceful!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered an item that was listed as in stock. 10 days later no signs of dispatch. Don’t reply to emails and the phone goes through to a full answering machine. It’s all really dodgy. Regret trusting them.

UPDATE: Have received a call from them apologising for the difficulty in contacting them, with reassurance that the item will be delivered very shortly. My mistake above that it was actually 9 days and their policy is up to 10 days. It's worrying when you make an order, hear nothing and then are unable to make any contact with the seller. Still disappointing that it took a shabby Trustpilot review to provoke contact, but at least they responded to it. I have adjusted the rating and will add another point if it does indeed arrive today...

FURTHER UPDATE: Contact from the owner and more follow up plus the delivery arriving - very happy with the response - this does seem to be a geniune company and happy to now give full stars.

The item I ordered arrived when stated and is exactly as described and very well made. I am really pleased with the quality of my purchase. Would happily use this company again.

Ordered Forge iron oak tv unit arrived in time limits set out on website.Very nice well made unit .

Lovely product and looks just like the photographs. Easy to put together and exactly what I wanted.
Communication to arrange delivery was first class.

We love our new Maze ambition dining set it’s beautiful. I’ve given 4 and not 5 as we ordered the set in March and only received it end of July. We had a few communication issues in the beginning but I understood that the delays were out of their control. Once I spoke to them communication was excellent and Matthew was very helpful. Would definitely order from them again.

We received our mirror on time. We were told when it would be delivered and it was delivered accordingly.
The mirror is lovely and fits perfectly where we wanted it for.
It is good quality and we are very happy with the service and quality of the product.

Ordered a Maze Rattan sofa set in March 21 and still had no sofa set in August. After chasing the company various times I did speak to Ben who was helpful. I fully understand the predicament the company is in with delivery but no communication unless I chased it was not good from a customer perspective. I did cancel my order and received a refund in full . The managing Director has contacted me and apologised which I accept . I believe the company has gone through situations out of their control and have / will take on board the customers suggestions for better communication .

Placed my order, website didn’t seem to be able to handle different delivery and billing addresses.
Phoned to sort this out, nice guy called Matthew said it was sorted.
Delivery agents phoned, said it would be 1 man delivery . I said I’d paid for 2 man as it’s a first floor flat, also checked delivery address which had come through as the wrong address again! They said they’d attempt delivery anyway.
Delivery Co rang a few minutes later and said they’d rearrange as they had other goods to deliver for me WITH 2 men.
Still waiting for a delivery date. Not encouraging.. 🤨
….. After posting my review the Director, Anuuj Kohli contacted within an hour about the glitches I’d had with the website and the confusion with 2 man delivery.
He has personally contacted the delivery Co and I await their call re delivery.
Excellent customer care on his part, makes me feel much more confident about my purchase.
And refunded 1/2 the delivery charge which he didn’t have to.

I regret even giving a one star. I pre ordered some garden furniture in Feb 2021 and paid in full and to this date I have received nothing. I have had to constantly chase my order and have now been told its delayed again till the end of Sept which is a total of 30 weeks wait. I have contacted them requesting my money back and still no reply . Disgraceful Service.
