Avoid, avoid, avoid...
Having read some reviews I cannot agree more with them. Our efficient and effective company was taken over by Oasis and what they offer is of an extremely poor standard. You cannot talk to anybody. Communication is by email only. In desperation I terminated our contract and paid all the charges. Oasis is now delaying a release of our boxes. This will, obviously, result in more invoices from Oasis being issued. They no longer reply to our emails so I don't know how long it is going to be before we can finally collect our boxes and get a better standard of customer service elsewhere. Anything will be better than what we are getting now.

Worst Customer Services - Bring Back Boxit!
Ever since Oasis took over from Boxit the services have been beyond a joke! Boxit had amazing service and a personal touch while Oasis is the complete opposite! Oasis has probably the worst Customer service we have experienced anywhere for a firm of this size. Prices are increased with no notification. It takes months to get any sort of response. We are a firm with a large number of items in storage and we require a company that is efficient however this is not the case with Oasis. It has taken 10 months for Oasis to destroy the same amount of items that took Boxit a week to destroy! I would definitely not recommend Oasis to anyone, unless you want poor communication, poor customer service and price increase with no notification.

Utterly awful
I would give 0 stars if this was an option. I had been trying for over a year to get someone to clarify what the ‘increased costs’ I was notified would be applied to my account, actually were. I was told I needed to access my account portal to see these but no one could give me this access and I kept being sent round in email circles with no resolution- just emails telling me they’d received my request for help. In the end I gave up and then when I received a ridiculously high invoice earlier this year, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I have been trying to terminate my account since April but have had to repeatedly chase progress. I am still waiting for the final invoice (the quote for which which was also ridiculously high but I just want to pay it and be done with this company) to be raised before anything can move forward. The pace of progress is glacial - presumably because all the customer care representatives are utterly overwhelmed by complaints! They also have a ridiculous system which means you can only submit one issue/query at a time - if you had 2 questions that would have to be sent in 2 emails - even if the 2 are related. Bonkers! No wonder responses are so slow.
Box-it were brilliant-fairly priced, responsive, reliable, real people in the end of a phone who knew what they were doing. Oasis is literally the exact opposite.
Absolutely terrible - avoid at all costs.

Only gave 1 star as i can't give 0. Avoid at all costs!
3 weeks waiting for a response. 6 follow-up emails sent. Calls placed. Case-id provided. Promised a call back. Nothing. Emailed communications email address as seen in previous responses. Got a response at 10:02am yesterday to say it would be escalated. Still nothing. Joke of a company. Thankfully we don't pay by direct debit so no future invoices will be paid till the service we've paid for is provided.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL - AVOID
This company is just awful. I would give minus stars if I could. Everybody is working from home so you cannot get to speak to the Customer Care Team - their phone system is that poor that is unable to put the calls through to their home numbers so this is why you are cut off and told to email so they can continue to ignore you. All I want is my termination invoice so we can move to a cheaper, more efficient company - BoxIt were brilliant, this lot are terrible.

Appalling customer service.
I am only giving one star as I can not supply a review on no stars. I have been trying to get an answer from Oasis group since January this year (we are now in MAY) about getting some of our items securely disposed of. I had to figure out what to do myself with very little guidance and since requesting the destruction of the items over a month ago I still have had no response. Appalling customer service. I DO NOT recommend Oasis at all.

This company is just awful
This company is just awful. We have been trying to close our account with Oasis for over 6 MONTHS and after opening case number after case number, staff on the phone telling me to email, emailing and then getting automated responses. It is just ridiculous how they can even work like this. It makes you wonder if there is a single member of staff present at this company. We were then billed for the months that we were in the process of closing the account even when it was not our fault our requests weren't being dealt with. We are now waiting for the 'Accounts' department that cant be contacted, to update us so that we can finally retrieve the files that we still have with them. I worry the files have actually been lost and this is all just a ploy to distract us for so long that we might forget.
I really do not recommend anyone open an account with these people, there are plenty of other reputable companies out there to trust with your storage needs

Terrible company, terrible service!
Do not use this company. We have been trying to get our boxes out of store for almost 4 months. When you ring their customer service team they are unable to help with any customer service related enquiries. We have emailed several times and their automated service says they are dealing with high email volumes. I'm not surprised! They are obviously still collecting our direct debit every month though. We have cancelled in the hope someone might actually contact us!

Horrendous company to deal with. If you aren't a customer already just don't. I am months trying to get an answer to a complaint. Come the new year will be looking for new storage although getting the boxes they have back should be interesting.

Downturn since the demise of brilliant Box-it
Once Oasis took over from the brilliant Box-it, all quality of customer service disappeared. Very poor communication, rude, impossible to speak to somebody half the time (don't even get me started on during lockdown!!) Won't be there for much longer!

Untrustworthy company
Untrustworthy company to work for! They have belittled me and have to try to dock my working hours without me realising. After being confronted the department management fired me and escorted me off the premises. I’ve tried to reach out to higher ups but I’ve gotten no response! Outrageous

Sadly our very effective and efficient…
Sadly our very effective and efficient archive service was bought over by Oasis and we have since struggled to achieve the most simple of tasks with them. When you call the contact number the person says they have no access to the system and cannot provide any information and when you email client services you get only auto-responses. The client portal/website is also extremely difficult to use or understand. It makes looking for an item overly complicated and you end up being reliant on customer service who are then unresponsive. I would not recommend their service.

Just don't
OASIS Group is a company which provides confidential data storage, destruction and services of that nature. They appear to be a conglomerate which goes around swallowing smaller businesses and assimilating them.
I became aware of OASIS Group after a rep that I previously had worked and got on well with from the stationery field got in touch. He now worked there and they offered a secure destruction service that we needed at the time so it made sense to give them a go. Mistake.
The problems with OASIS Group, for us, revolve around the absolutely shocking customer service. They make simple tasks infuriating. They seem to want all interactions via their OASIS Bridge website (which is awful). This is perhaps explained by the fact that when you enquire, which you seemingly can only do by email, you receive responses in pigeon English by clearly non native speakers. Out of just a handful of interactions over a short time, I have been called the wrong name, had a response to another of their customers emailed to me by mistake, and twice had confidential waste sacks delivered rather than collected.
OASIS Group are not for me. Once I have used my remaining stock of sacks I will be looking for another provider.
