I have booked three times now, the same holiday consultant calls me back when I call or email. Never pushy, always patient and polite and remembers small details like the fact that I need a fridge in accommodation due to my children’s special needs.
Always hear straight back when you raise a query or concern even when on holiday.

I dealt with a lovely advisor today called Lili. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset to the company and a joy to deal with.

Darren was very person centred as he assited me to plan my family holiday, provided excellent knowledge and options for me and my family.

I would like to thank Lindsey Brumby for making it so easy to plan and help me get the accessibility I need in place to make my and family’s holiday a trip to remember. She answered all my questions and took her time making sure all my needs were catered for.

Excellent service Ricky has helped me walk through everything I require for a girls trip to New York I feel happy that I can call on them to help with any queries and it's taken any anxiety away.

Excellent service from Lindsay with organising airport and airline assistance for party members with mobility issues . Very comprehensive booklet and service for people with extra travel needs. Have found all the staff since making booking very helpful, with keeping me updated and answering any queries.

The sales service was great but the after sales is terrible. Our flights times were changed (not their fault) and we just wanted to change to a different flight at original time. The aftersales team made it clear they had no interest in helping. Didn't bother returning calls. They wanted to charge an extra £390 for a cheaper flight and even charged £120 admin fee for refunding the flight cost. Still much chaper to book the flight direct. So ended up with one flight in the middle of a three stop holiday not through the Agent. And they take 4 -6 weeks to action the refund!

Booked our holiday to Florida and a few days at Miami with Tom. He was amazingly helpful and found us a great deal with some added extras. We had a few quotes but even if his hadn't been better I would probably still gone with as he had lots of advise information and explained location etc.
Amazing customer service from Tom on booking would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience booking our Disney holiday with Ocean Florida, thanks to Tom West! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and really took the time to guide us through what can be a total minefield when booking Disney. Tom never rushed us or put us under any sales pressure he was patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure we got the right holiday for us. He made the whole process easy, stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Tom or Ocean Florida highly enough!

I was totally blown away by how fabulous Ocean Florida, particularly Darren Fletcher, has been in helping me arrange our dream family holiday to Orlando.
I'd been trying for nearly a week, to navigate all the options, with accommodation, flights, park tickets etc. As there's going to be 10 of us, it was quite a minefield.
Darren helped me make a shortlist of potential properties, then we looked at a number of flight options, before putting together a full package, including park tickets, vehicle rental etc.
We've now got the perfect itinerary for our family and look forward to departure day.

We have just booked our next Florida holiday with Ocean Florida, Tom was superb with advice and sorting out exactly what we wanted, he listened and gave advice without being pushy at all. Tom was very patient,,friendly and explained everything to me and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Was a pleasure talking to him thankyou for helping me plan and book my dream holiday.

After being recommended by a friend we booked a holiday for 7 of us with the grandchildren, celebrating my grandsons 1st birthday. Then because of Norse airlines cancelling all their fights I panicked and contacted Ocean to change our flights to BA. I have been dealing with Kate Wilkinson who found some alternative flights which were obviously more expensive but she also gave alternative options to fly to Tampa. But after I challenged the cost they did drop the price which I was very grateful for. Her customer service has been excellent, communication and explanations for the changes very thorough.

Please do not book with Ocean Florida.
The properties they are advertising are NOT in anyway comparable in real live.
We arrived for Christmas at the property in storey lake. It was disgraceful and disgusting.
Simon came out on my request to show him how this standard is not acceptable.
He didn’t see any problems, certainly didn’t admit and made us think we were just being fussy.
Got offered another villa, but it was in a different area of Kissimmee and not suitable.

They got us new pillows, one new bed linen set. Everything in the villa is due replacement.

We filed a complaint on return and were offered a disgraceful amount of $330, nowhere near the thousands we paid.

We booked our holiday through Ricky Cooper who has been amazing on finding us exactly the perfect holiday package that ticked all the boxes along with the price tag. We are so looking forward to our trip in August 2026 and look forward to writing a review on the experience afterwards too.

Real review! This is my second time booking with Ocean Florida and Hannah in particular. In one word exceptional!! I’m in no doubt you can save money by booking alternatively, however for people that simply want an all in one package with knowledge and complete confidence. Then I highly recommend Ocean Florida.
Shout out to Hannah Ibe who is superbly professional, knowledgeable of the destination and in my case patient 😂.
