Just had a 2 week holiday with 5 nights in New York’s Paramount Hotel and 9 nights in Mexico @ The Royal Hacienda . We Stayed in the Paramount Hotel just off Time Square. Room was a little small, barely enough room for you to get down the side of the bed. But a prime location as it was just 300 meters from Time Square. It was’nt to be moaned at . Booked a Go City Pass through Ocean Florida and got to visit some of the great attractions New York has to offer, Top of the Rock, Statue of Liberty, the Edge and of course the Empire State . Reckon anyone visiting should use the sub-way it’s just so easy

Also Visited Niagra Falls on our 3rd day which was a great experience even though it was bloody freezing, sadly the maid of mist wasn’t running because of the ice so we never really got to see the spectacular falls in their true element as we were on the American side and better views were to be had from the Canadian side. But we still had a great day. Coach was on time 4am and Tour guide was excellent. This trip was booked through Ocean Florida and was brilliant. Left New York on the Saturday, had a drunk on the plane whilst @ JFK who was removed causing us a 2 hour delay but arrived in Cancun , Mexico where our transfer organised by O/F was waiting for us 45 mins and we were at our Hotel. It was gorgeous. Room was great and hotel was spotless. The waiters catered for your every need . It was brilliant thanks again Ocean Florida .Me and my other half loved it. We will definitely use you again on our next trip…

I’ve travelled many times to Florida and I was blown away with the service provided by Ocean Florida, when I travelled with my friends to stay at a Disney villa 18 months ago. This has given me the confidence to travel solo this time to Disney with Ocean Florida in 2027❤️

We have been to florida with ocean florida before we where so impressed we have booked again and would highly recommend them.

Don’t book with these guys, absolute joke. Still waiting for a refund 4 months after our flight was cancelled at Xmas, going round in circles sorting it out. Don’t book with these, ruined my Xmas and I’m out of pocket by thousands

Amazing from beginning to end started with Dan to get my booking complete . I then got the horrible news I had breast cancer and amazing Karen helped me with my booking . It was going to be changed however I was given permission to fly . Karen was so useful and tried her best to help me. Thank you so much would definitely use this company again .

We have not yet travelled but have booked via Ocean Florida. Due to specific requirements we have been supported by many staff but special customer service Lindsay Brumby in relation to accessibility requirements. I couldn't feel more supported with the planning and booking of our holiday and assurance when I have more needed calming down with worries and more questions.
Hoping the holiday lives up to these expectations now.

We have used Ocean Florida for many years.
All those at OF that we have dealt with have fantastic knowledge of the product they are representing.
They have sourced amazing accommodation for us, good priced flights and car hire, they also sell park tickets for Universal, Disney and I'm sure other theme parks are available.
Not only that, they send you vouchers for discounted eateries and free shows.

Tom was amazing kept checking on flights as they weren't released yet& prices kept me updated nothing was a problem to him at all .if you like personal touch easy booking give him a call

The service has been good, i used it for a few days and have been satisfied with almost everything. Prices for some properties seem higher than they are worth..

I have used Ocean Florida almost since they began and can never give enough positive feedback for this company from booking to helping with any issues once USA side, they have always come up trumps.
This time, we began a booking with 2 and then chose to add another adult which meant changes to flights, attraction tickets, accommodation and additional assistance requirements.
The staff I have been in contact with have been exceptionally brilliant (and patient!) and deserve a mention - so thank you SO much to Katieann (Tracey)and also Jo (Lymus) both of whom, I can't praise enough.
If you're looking to book a holiday, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My bucket list trip was to go to Universal and Disney World, Orlando. I'd never been to the US before, so I didn't have a clue where to start to book such a big holiday. I got in touch with Oceans Florida, and was quickly contacted by Ajay. He was very supportive, answering all of my questions and reassured me on any concerns I had. The price was much better than I expected and worked out cheaper than booking everything individually direct through each company, but with the added perks of transfers and it all being hassle free not having to book anything myself. This meant I could truly look forward and enjoy my dream holiday, without worrying how to get from the airport, the accomodation, or about tickets etc. Oceans Florida did everything and kept me up to date throughout with such a warm and friendly manner. I will certainly be using them again if they cover any destination I am thinking of going to next time.

Every time I have had dealings with ocean Florida it has been so easy. Every question I have has been answered fully and any niggle has been sorted. As a first time visitor to Florida they have been so refreshing to deal with and have made the process easy. Charlotte today worked around my lunch hour and was able to help me add on park tickets to my holiday. Highly recommend
