HP Laptop
I purchased this renewed laptop for my son for his A levels. It is small and compact, with good battery life, for him to take to college and do everything he needs to do.

My overall experience was good
My overall experience was good. Website is easy to use, product is good, delivery and packaging were good too. I think you could have mentioned scratches on display would have been helpful as would not have bought product.

Bad delivery - great product
The planned delivery was Monday, I waited in all week and the parcel arrived on Friday. This was because the delivery label had only a partial address on it.
A very frustrating week - the dog was unamused that it missed its walks all week.
The product is great - just as expected. Slight dent on the front of the laptop lid - but otherwise lovely.

Hi Jacquetta.
Thank you for your purchase on the OCM Store.
Having taken a look at your order I can see that when the order was placed, the house number was not entered at checkout. All labels are created automatically via Shopify and are not generated manually.
I am glad to see however that your laptop has been delivered and is as expected for a Grade B device.
Thank you,
Toby

Excellent quality product
This is my second purchase with OCM and you didn't let me down. I was a bit nervous because the one I bought this time was Grade B but the product has no visible scratches or wear and tear from previous use. The laptop is clean as new. Extremely happy with the purchase and in the future, OCM is preferred choice for Laptops.
