UPDATE! Everybody who is owed money by this company read further…….. I returned the cream to the address on TKTX’s business envelope for a full refund, but the address does not exist. It was eventually returned to me by Royal Mail and I asked my bank for a “cash back” and provided the information needed to do this - copy of the envelope and my correspondence to the non-existent emails. Anyway my bank have refunded me the full amount under the “consumer Contract Act” - if you purchase off the internet and don’t want it, you can return it for a full refund, that’s the LAW. If the seller doesn’t give you a refund CONTACT YOUR BANK FOR A REFUND!

£50order on the 13th of April, royal mail has still not received it, 4 different emails and nothing, absolutely disgusting!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. i ordered a 5 pack on the 30th of March, money taken from my account, no email of conformation and no other details.. ive have since filled out 6 different forms of contact on the website and sent over 12 emails to both email address!!! NO RESPONCE!! I'm sick of this now so im going to my bank and filing a fraud claim against you.. DO NOT order from this company the customer service is disgusting, they just scam money off you and never send any products out.

I have been scammed by Official-tktx.co.uk. This site is completely fraudulent with zero customer service. After taking my money, they stopped responding and never delivered my order. Do not trust them with your money—it is a total trap!

AVOID !!!!!! I did receive my order but the creams are FAKE nearly ended up in hospital my arm had swollen to twice it’s size and looked as if had been burnt
