I purchased a set of 2 East West Furniture NFC-OAK-C Norfolk Kitchen Dining Chairs - Linen Fabric Upholstered Wood Chairs from OJCommerce on Amazon and found them to be of a surprisingly high quality I didn’t expect for the price I paid. They were easy to assemble with the instructions and hardware provided. I purchased another set of these same chairs which complimented my newly purchased kitchen table. Very happy with these purchases.

The table is nice and easy enough to put together, however the surface had a knick/paint chip on it that exposed the light color underneath and I had to color over it with sharpie..pretty disappointing. Perhaps better quality control is needed.

Refusal to honor electrical bed warranty.
I purchased an electric bed frame through Amazon 12/31/2024 and the manufacture had a 1 yr. electrical warranty shown in both the amazon page and their website. The motors went out in May and I have requested coverage since this time . One persons response will be they are looking into it and need videos, then the next response will be they don't have a warranty. I contacted the BBB and they did the exact same response.

BUYER BEWARE! Their products are not of quality and are not as pictured in their advertisements. I was shipped mismatched pieces to a set and customer support informed me that an exchange for the correct pieces was not possible. After multiple email exchanges, they offered a small credit, but the credit never arrived. They blamed it on my credit card company and told me to contact them. They also do not answer their phones and their voicemails are full.

We never received the full product…
We never received the full product ordered. We returned the product more than 6 months ago and never received a refund.
The customer service has repeatedly delayed our request and no progress has been made in 6 months. Each time we contacted support we were promised a call back within 1-2 business days. Those promised return calls did not happen, and we would have continuously call back to escalate the issue.
Update: Original Order was Oct 4, 2024
We worked with support to troubleshoot why we only received part of our order until we finally requested a refund on 12-4. The full product was returned by 1-6 with confirmation from the courier.
My wife contacted support repeatedly to follow up on the refund. We finally received a refund on Aug 1, 2025, after this review was submitted.

The product is decent, but pray you never have to call them.
The product is decent, but if you ever have any problems their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. I exchanged 20+ emails and then had to call them everyday to get them to tell me they had already refunded me when, in fact, they had not. Next level terrible.
UPDATE: In response to their response - I will 100% NOT be reaching out to your generic email address. I have exchanged over 2 dozen emails with your support folks and it is always full of unmet promises. "You'll receive an update in 1-2 business days" and I never do unless I email you AGAIN. Thanks for the offer, but no thanks.
