I have been using Olena cleaning now for over 6months. Our assigned cleaner does a fantastic job with great attention to detail. The service from head office has also been excellent and prompt. Highly recommend!

We love our cleaning service with Olena Cleaning - we have the same wonderful lady, Svetlana, who comes to clean our flat each week, she is polite, kind, thorough, professional and caring of our personal belongings and space. I also love how flexible the company is, she will always try to accommodate around our schedule if we need to change anything. I've used Olena Cleaning over the the last 5 years on a fortnightly basis to clean my flat.
Over that time I have requested the cleaner to come on different days which has never been a problem, and it usually tends to be the same cleaner.
Compared to other companies I've used before them, they're professional, polite, hardworking and reasonably priced.

Absolutely wonderful service, easy to deal with, lovely and professional. Would not ever hesitate to recommend to anyone. They also support immigrants from Ukraine and it is lovely to see.

Different cleaners are sent every time so I have to explain each week where everything is and what rooms need doing. On top of that Olena is incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Would genuinely recommend you to go elsewhere as its a lot of aggravation with Olena.

Great services, affordable prices, quick cleaning. Requested the cleaner to come on specific days, and my request was acknowledged very quickly. I am working from home, and the girl does their job well, with no destruction. Thank you.

Very rude owner of the company. Sent in the girl who firstly could not find the address and did not speak English whatsoever. She spent 1h in the office room not sure what she was doing there that long ( later found out that she was on the phone) there is 1 desk and a cupboard to dust and vacuum very small piece of carpet (box room). Then spent over 1.5h in 1 bathroom and then started the shower room calling her boss that she needs more time ( I booked 3h for 1bed with shower room and bathroom). I ended up cleaning myself the entire place. The bathroom she cleaned had streeks on the mirror and the glass. This woman didn't know what she was doing and how to clean. I contacted the owner while the cleaner was in my flat and she had an excuse for everything. I regret paying for this. Truly avoid this 'company'!

I've used the service once so far for east London area. The young lady (who doesn't speak much English) came and cleaned the house. She was a little slower in getting things done than I had expected, but she did a good job.

I will update this review after few weeks of using this service.

The owner is rude and the last staff she sent did not complete the work claiming that "apparently their terms & conditions" they can only ironing 12 items per hours. I paid 4 hours ironing jobs and the only cleaning work was my hallways. The cleaner ironed only 1 basket and lied that my husband told her to leave the rest. Be very careful with them I am about to open a claim with my solicitor because the cleaner recorded my appartement and our personal belongings without our permission.
