First class service and product.
I’m a keen amateur cook. I needed a new apron. I looked at and rejected many. Then I found the Oliver Harvey website. Perfect apron, reasonable price. I had a problem ordering. Could have been me, the website or my ipad. I rang the contact number. It was answered by Linzi, who quickly understood the problem and sorted it out. The aprons are perfect, exactly as described. I was expecting the usual request for review. There was none. So I’ve gone back to the website and found I can leave a review here. Excellent. A small order from an individual, dealt with quickly, with courtesy. What more can one hope for? Rare these days. I’ll be back.
