Was kept informed on every step of the way as to how things were progressing.
It came earlier than I expected which was nice because the room was ready.
I wasn't sure about the colour at first because I thought it was darker but it was probably the lighting in the shop.
It's fine and blends in with the rest of the decor.
The delivery men were great making sure everything was where I wanted it and showing me how the recliner worked

I spoke to a lovely lady called Joanna hunt who was absolutely so helpful with sorting out a new phone. Couldn’t thank her enough she made sure we was getting updates regarding the phone.

Ms Shantel was extremely patient, kind and professional and in addition to this Ms Shantel has a special skill to ask relevant questions and the wisdom of understanding my severe health issues burdens I and my beloved wife have been dealing with since 23rd December 2024 which is going to continue via various appointments, treatments and surgery prostate and now my severe bladder continously getting infected by highly dangerous bacteria which causes sepsis and she kindly took notes of my severe arthritis and osteoarthritis in all my hands and fingers and spine column which is getting worse day by day,so she decided to grant me 3/6 months lower monthly payments of £50 to ease our super stressful current life health issues situation.

Very good at sending relevant information in good time. It sounds very easy to i.e. pay our monthly payment, pay more if we wanted to or settle the account if extra money became available to us. This is not always the case with finance companies

Great experience from Scott (salesman) to the team that fitted my windows so great and I had to do the rest of my windows with them.

I applied for retail finance on a new bike. Refused even for 60 months @ 14% with earnings well into 40% tax bracket and good score. Clearly not the company to do business with. After 4 attempts at different terms only 1 soft check completed. V12 approved 48 months @ 0%.

Cannot login to the portal as I have no passcode. Cannot manage, view, or make payment. No way to reset or request! No help at all!

So after not being notified that there was an issue with my agreement the first time. 4 days later I contact the retailer for them to tell me there is an issue with my address from the finance company. So I call Omni and speak to a lovely bloke completely full of bs but he was nice. He said my adress format could be fixed no issue and I will receive an email saying that it's all sorted. However I later get an email saying its not possible when it most definitely is. The email goes on to tell me that I need to cancel and reapply for a new order and agreement. So I do this and get declined. Then I write and appeal which also gets declined. What a silly company I'd avoid them if you can. Awful communication and a waste of your time!
