Before i met Omni Financial Iwas in a desperate situation with my taxes with so many scams out there its hard to know who to trust especially when every body wants x amount of dollars to start. I wouldnt be in trouble if had that kind of money to begin with never the less i wont bother u with the many horry stories i when thru and the fear and anxiety of IRS or STATE behind you. All I have to say Omni was a God sent. They were patient and informative they guided me step by step and were by side the whole way needless to say my IRS situation has been resolved with Offer in comprise and the STATE is pending not because of Omni. Its just that State is back up with so cases. So I highly recommended Omni to any who looking for true help with there tax problems. P.S. I was struggling with this tax problems for many please do your self favor trust Omni Financial they are the best.

We have had tax issues over the last several years, and although very frustrating and expensive Omnifinancial has been very good to work with. Tony and Stacy worked with us to find the best solutions with several different issues, and tried to find any way possible to lessen the burden. They also worked with us with payment options during very difficult financial times. I hope we do not need to contact them again, but if needed, would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend to others that may need assistance.

Chrissy Jones with Omni was a pleasure to work with. Art Sapanur, our first associate was pretty much useless and cost us a lot of money to apply for something I believe he knew the IRS would not accept. Chrissy, however saved the day.

After almost 5 years and countless dollars dealing with a different tax help company I was shocked to receive a letter from The IRS saying my payment program was suspended and I needed to pay up. I want to start by saying THANK YOU Kristen Cinque! In January of 2012 I came home to a card left on my door from an IRS agent. I was caught completely off gaurd. I called my CPA. She assured me there was nothing to worry about and she would take care of it. I realized after six months of phone calls with the Revenue Officer and my CPA that my CPA had taken my money but did not take care of business. I then called a "high powered" CPA whose specialty was dealing with the IRS and back taxes. His solution was to amend my tax returns for previous years which added an additional$45,000 to my tax debt. He assured me there was no chance of qualifying for an Offer In Compromise and this was the best deal I was going to get. My only option was to sale my house and start making an unending payment to the IRS that I could not afford. I had been dealing with the IRS and CPA's for about one year at this point. The entire time interest and penalties were building. I was at the end of my rope. Anyone in this situation knows the weight can be unbearable. I received a phone call from Omni. I was busy and did not want to talk to another company promising to solve my problem with the IRS. Enter Kristen. Kristen told me if I was honest about my situation she could help. She explained I definitely qualified for an Offer In Compromise. I was hesitant to say the least. My husband and I were years behind in taxes. My husband has been self employed for years and with everyday life things going on we honestly got behind in paying in quarterly and it snowballed from there ending us in over 400,000 dollars in debt to the IRS with the saving grace of Richard Monsalve we able to settle our debt for 100.00. The IRS said I owned like 2 hundred thousand but during the recession i couldn't pay to have my taxes done. Omni got it dropped to 33 and would of been 17 if I had proof of my child support .
