I would recommend One Energy for their customer service alone. After having issues with my previous supplier, I cannot express how much being able to talk to my account manager so quickly can make such a difference. Went through every step of the process and I couldn’t feel in better hands.

I have just had my gas and electric accounts go live with one energy, the account managers assigned to me were very professional and clear when setting up my payment plans and applying my discounts as promised, more than happy with the service supplied.

We changed to one energy 1year ago after being offered a 5% discount on both our existing gas & electric tariffs.
The discount is a true discount off of our original tariff & we have been very happy with the service we have received from everyone at one energy & would have no hesitation recommending one energy, so much so that we have just asked them to quote for our next fixed price deal as ours ends in October.

I was moved across to One energy who simply took on my current supply and reduced my rates by 5%, I know it doesn't sound like a huge amount but in the grand scheme of things it has made a huge difference.

Moving to one energy has been a godsend for my business partner and I, so easy to deal with! Receive invoices every month at a great rate. Would recommend to others.

I moved to one energy from British Gas for my electricity over a year ago as their renewal price was much cheaper. I’m glad I moved when I did as prices have more than doubled since. They have been easy to deal with and no issues even after a had an incorrect final bill from British Gas which one energy helped me rectify.

I moved to one energy and I never have to wait on hold.
I can get through to my account manager and any query that I have is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Their bills are easy to understand and their whole process is really straightforward

Been with OE for just over a year, had no issues and brilliant to pick up a phone and speak straight away to a human being. Really competitive prices In challenging times.

Left BES in December who were vastly overcharging me on my unit rates. Joined One Energy and my is not rates are nearly half what I was on. I get regular access to my account manager who provides me with their mobile number and email address. No complaints here thanks team
