Rubbish website. Followed instructions to the letter to register my gift card, kept saying expiry date was wrong. Decided to call in desperation, number doesn’t exist. It was bought for me so had no choice but to persevere. Still not registered and read the horrendous stories that they start charging you. Absolute nasty scam of good peoples hard earned cash avoid.

Really difficult to use. Just give cash! The information on the website is very poor, no details on if a retailer allows them to be used online as well as in person. We have had difficulty using them even when they're allowed to be used online, turned out to be a browser issue. Shops that are advertised as being part of the scheme say refuse them. You can't part pay with a voucher either, so if you only have £10/20 and want to buy something more expensive, it's useless.

Great for video game players - you can easily convert these to vouchers on the platform of your choice via "Boost Gaming". To buy *digital* games.

Marked them down a bit for charging £0.90 per month as an "admin fee" after 18 months. I wasn't affected by this but it seems a bit scummy

Difficulty spending the credit on the card especially online and if you don't use it after 18 months they start taking the money away monthly, I feel that this is a bit of a scam I did not realise they were taking away £0.90 per month so when I tried to spent the money the store could not accept it as the balance had been reduced without me knowing.
Best to avoid these cards and just gift cash instead.
I found that some stores that sell these cards (such as Tesco) don't accept them which is out of order.
Amazon don't accept them.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Ordered online ….. more than 48 hours later still not processed ! This was intended as a gift ! What a joke ! . Not recommended at all .

Almost impossible to use if you dont find something for the exact amount on the card. We've tried to spend it online and instore in Boots - item was £70, we had £50 on card, we couldnt top up. We tried online with ASOS, item was £56, we couldnt top up. Superdrug have stopped allowing it. Useless.

Falsely advertises the retailers you can spend at. States on the gift card (and still currently printed on the images of the cards on their website) that you can use at boohoo, when in actual fact under the retailers list its boohoo man! So unable to use at boohoo! Infuriating.....
Total waste of time and energy!! Would never purchase one of these cards again...

These cards are a nice idea but too restrictive and difficult to spend online because they don't allow splitting the cost between the card and your debit card. Disappointing when it was a birthday present .

One month on I am still trying to spend my one 4all voucher. I wonder how many people have these just sat in a drawer because it's restrictive to use or they are unable to spend all of their voucher.

Do not use, impossible to purchase items on ASOS unless you spend less than the value of the card. Complete waste of time and money

Caused so much embarrassment ended up throwing it away, £80 in the bin also reported to trading standards as no stores actually except a one for all card. Don't waste your money.

I’ve been trying to use my One4All gift card online, but it doesn’t work no matter what I do. I’ve tried several different stores and followed all the instructions, but the transactions keep failing. After all this hassle, I checked the details and realized the card is going to expire next month. This is infuriating!

If you’re thinking of buying a One4All card as a gift don’t. Save yourself and the recipient the frustration and just give cash instead. At least cash doesn’t come with expiration dates and endless complications.

Really annoying to use with the app. Was advised that card doesn't expire but they didn't make it clear they will charge 90 pence a month so most of the gift card has gone on charges. Also have to use the whole amount so wasn't much choice with the amount left on the card.

Such a faff to get a gift card set up! Wonder why they make it so hard - in the hopes people will just not have the patience and not spend the money? Having to CALL someone to activate a gift card in this day and age is just insane! Have told family never to use these again going forward. Avoid at all costs

I called today and Elena Flores answer. She was very professional and explained me the option for the card I had anx I was spending on line.
I couldn't see the card details and was not able to spend the amount left on line or better in store.
She offer me the option to get a fizical card to spend in stores , where I can purchase more than my amount and pay the difference with my bank card.
On line you cannot purchase more than your amount.

They don't tell the buyer, or receiver this, it's hidden in the tiny-tiny small print, but they charge you 90p a month admin fees after 18 months, until the balance is gone - meaning the buyer spent the money for the recipient to get NOTHING

My daughter got me 2 x £15 gift cards. Expiry date for a couple of years so no rush to spend it.

Then I had a stroke. Left almost blind, partially paralysed and other problems. Totally housebound. Battle to regain some health so gift cards not the first thing on my mind

Yesterday, sight was well enough to consider spending them online to buy something to cheer me up

Went on "check balance" to find the cards are completely empty. Every penny of the money had gone - all £30 - in admin fees

Basically my daughter handed them my birthday money for them to help themselves to. She's disgusted because if she'd known there were admin fees - let alone that high that would swallow up the whole amount - she'd have given me cash instead.

Unless you know the recipient is going to spend these INSTANTLY don't give them. They are a complete rip-off. It's like they dipped their hands in my daughter's purse and helped themselves to my birthday money

I mean what kind of admin do they have to do on a monthly basis that physically costs them 90p and more? I'd like to see them provide details.

It says it explains it in the small print on the card. Except the small print is so small, I can't even read it with the magnifying glass I got from the Sensory Team Low Vision Clinic

Give cash in future

They take 90 pence a month so your balance is always dwindling. My card was given to in 2023 and isnt supposed to expire until 2025. But there is nothing on it even though I have not spent anything on it. This is a fraud and needs to be stopped. It is not clearly explained to the purchaser or the receiver. This needs to be stopped.

Don’t buy these as a gift. I still have two in my purse because of purchasing restrictions. You cannot use as part payment toward something more expensive than the balance so you have to purchase something same amount or less. In my case what’s left is such a small amount I’ll never be able to use it. So guess what, the company gets to keep that. Also, they take off an amount each month for charges?!!

awful company! Valid until 2026 but after a certain time period they take 90p off each month. no one let me know this! i lost £6 off my card.
