Erene was fantastic
Erene was fantastic. I booked a ski trip on short notice and emailed about a dozen snowboard instuctors for a private lesson but couldn't get one for my first day ...... BUT ERENE MANGED TO SOURCE ONE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. ...10/10 for Erene and onfsa .+++++

A great experience
Dylan from the Ongosa team was really helpful and managed to get me sorted for first time ski lessons over a very short trip to Alpbach. He provided the info on what was available and was very quick to get back to me for all my questions. A very smooth process.

Very helpful
After I'd had no luck finding a ski school within budget / with availability, Erene found me a three day course which fit my skill level to a T, at a fraction of the cost of the others, all within an hour of being in touch. Ticked that off the list!

I made an enquiry about ski lessons and received very quick response from Megan, followed up with helpful advice about the best options and costs available to us. Megan was extremely reactive, polite and easy to work which made booking via Ongosa a simple choice. Obviously, we haven't been skiiing yet and cannot comment on the lessons, but so far my experience has been very positive.
