I am currently studying the Higher Diploma OTHM course, and I would like to take this opportunity to provide positive feedback regarding my tutor, Sonia.

Sonia has been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout my studies. As it had been a long time since I last studied, I initially found it challenging to understand the academic structure and requirements. However, Sonia has consistently gone out of her way to explain everything clearly and in detail, which has made a significant difference to my confidence and progress.

She is very efficient in her work and provides clear, constructive feedback. I particularly appreciate the way she explains not only what is required, but also why certain standards have been met. Her detailed explanation of why I passed my exam helped me better understand my strengths and what I should continue to focus on in future assignments.

Sonia is approachable, patient, and dedicated, and it is clear that she genuinely wants her students to succeed. Her guidance has been invaluable, and I am very grateful for the support she has provided.

I did my induction to OBS last night with Mike and it was extremely informative, and Mike answered all the questions I had and certainly put my mind at easy. He gave me helpful insights of how to manage and work through the dashboard page.
